Was disappointed. Rooms were too full and it was difficult to get close enough to the paintings.

We went to go and see Leonardo Da Vinci's work and found out that there is only 3 pieces of work of his and one is under restoration. and there is only 1 piece by Michelangelo, so that was a little bit of a downer. The gallery was very busy and that was on the afternoon tour. so be prepared to look over shoulders and wait a while. _br/_ still would do it though.

This tour for us on a short time schedule in the beautiful city of Florence was great. We did get into the museum fast and found so much to see. The only negative was that we did not have enough time.... which Viator was not in control of either.

Overall a very disappointing experience because of our tour guide. Her English was extremely poor so very difficult to understand her and difficult to follow the tour at all times. She was also quite distracted at times during the tour as her mobile phone kept ringing – and instead of switching off the phone until the end of the tour, she took the calls. She displayed no passion or enthusiasm for the art and appeared quite tired (she couldn’t remember the names of the four evangelists when describing one of the paintings). Also, the Viator website states that the tour is approximately 90 minutes long; however, our tour was quite a bit shorter than that – just over one hour.

Great tour guide, howeve the uffizi closed for a strike meeting the gallery and we had to come back next day, cutting our trip to Siena short. So in Italy befware of Strikes when making your plans.

The tour was too short and I_br/_ felt more infomation could have been given. Our tour guide tended to encourage critical thinking moreso than tell us history and facts about the selected paintings. This was probably just her style which would have been ideal if she was lecturing students but what if you knew minimal art history? The group was large but there were headsets. Bear in mind that in this tour, you are joining a group of people who would've seen the Accademia together in the morning.

Great tour guide. Uffizi in a most brief manner, which is what I wanted. I did not want to spend my whole day here nor be overwhelmed with too much info that I would not remember.

Great way to skip the line; tour guide was good. There is a lot to see at this gallery, however, the tour seemed too short and only covered a few of the major works. It would be helpful to have an Uffizi gallery guidebook. After the tour you can explore the rest of the gallery.

Our guide, Alexandria, was very knowledgable about Art History. She spoke clearly and slowly so everyone could understand her. The equipment would sometimes cut in and out and I felt slightly distracted by having to manipulate the plug to the earpiece but it was still a very nice tour of the gallery.

Guide was good, but 1 1/2 hours in the Uffitzi is just not enough time when you also have to deal with crowds, noise and the whole check in process. Group was too large.

This tour completely exceeded my expectations! Our guide, Alex, was extraordinarily knowledgeable and very amenable to being asked all sorts of questions. Very impressive, can't commend her highly enough! From an organisational perspective, everything flowed smoothly also so wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour, even if you don't get Alex!!

Excellent guide and always on the ball. Aware of the group straight away and the different nationalities. She gave us some expert information and guided us through the development of the artists, their choice of subject, the colors used and why they did what they did. We thought that she gave us far more information than expected and it was presented in such an easy non condescending way. Thank you to her. I remember she was Swedish but not her name.

My least favorite tour in Florence, maybe b/c I wasn't feeling so great and the Uffizi is daunting! But, our guide, though knowledgeable and pleasant, didn't really answer my questions very well, and I felt that, at the end of her time with us, she just kind of left us. She could have given us a little direction or "heads up" as to how to navigate the rest of the galleries or what not to miss, etc. She seemed focused on the time and when her time was up with us, that was that. Definitely a place worth seeing, for the Botticelli paintings alone!

Company handing out headsets very rude. NO flag to find them as per instructions - they were too lazy and arrogant. Guide was ok. Unlike most didn't wait at beginning for ppl to deal with security and washrooms but went ahead without some. Gallery and tour so crowded and hot, it was hard to focus. Haven't the Italians heard of air conditioning? Wouldn't really recommend it at that time of year. Not a great experience for our family.

Our tour guide was terrific - knowledgeable, respectful of the art and the museum, and answered all of our questions. I really felt like we saw what was important and understood why it was important. We were almost late but they were very polite and our group was small. We went to the early slot, and the museum was still fairly crowded.

Excellent tour. Skip the Line is the only way to go. Why waste precious time waiting in a very long queue when you should be experiencing this gallery's amazing art and history! Our guide Anna highlighted the most important works in the Uffizi and when the tour ended we able to continue on our own for a longer visit to other rooms. Highly recommeded!
