Enjoyed our afternoon on the Jungle Queen. Could have done without the stop at the "jungle". Otherwise a good trip for the money.

This was a very touristy trip, but hey we were tourist and loved it. The Captain/Guide was extremely knowledgable about his route and thoroghly entertaining! The stop at the island was a silly tourist trap. Also when we rebourded the boat we were met by a surly crew member who tried to force everyobne to return to the original seats for the ride back "cuz he didn't want to deal with everyone camplaining!' THE STAFF OTHER THAN CAPTAIN HOOK WAS EXCELLENT!

Great trip. Wasn't crowded, the boat was clean and comfortable, the guide was informative and had some dirt on the owners of some of the estates and mega-yachts on millionaires row, tho some of his jokes need updating... grin. Better than expected and I live here !

There were 6 of us and everyone commented on how fantastic the ride was. The part with the alligator was the most popular thing with the guys, but us girls loved hearing about all the wealthy famous people who owned the houses !! Definetly do it again next time we are in Fort lauderdale and recommend to everyone.

We were very pleased with the Jungle Queen Riverboat Cruise. The scenery was splendid (we saw how the "other half" live!) and the cool breeze aboard the boat made for a pleasant afternoon. The guide was also excellent. I would recommend this outing for everyone - we had teens to grandparents with us and we all enjoyed the excursion.

Very nice views of the houses and boats and an enjoyable commentary. BUT the boat is well past it's sell by date and the "island " half way stop was a joke. Poor quality everything. They have got to sort that part of the trip...

The tour was on time and the boat was spacious and comfortable but we were very disappointed about the "wild island." It's utterly fake, the island is ridiculously small and there was nothing to do except watching the poor couple of monkeys behind bars. Free the monkeys! And free the guide and his one-dollar jokes! Congratulations to the gator tamer!

We enjoyed the trip on the Intercoastal and river trip. However, the Indian village was a BIG disappointment! And boring. We thought that there would be displays on Indian history or artifacts but it was just caged birds, moneys and 2 alligators!

The weather was not very kind, very cold wind. The cruise could have been better, the Indian village they took us to was no more that a caged bird island with a couple of monkeys and a guy supposedly wrestling alligators. I have done the same trip before by water taxi with the exception of th visit to the village. Not a very good cruise really.

I had fun and thought that it was interesting. The houses were beautiful. The best part was you could easily see from either side of the boat, so you did not have to stand up.

It was difficult to find the cruise office from what had been sent to us via e-mail. Pictures on the internet did not appear to be a true indication of the vessel and some of the attractions. However still good value.
