This tour was a gift that I gave to my mother and sister and they told me that it was very good and they enjoyed their trip around Geneva, thank you.

It was very interesting to see the HQ of so many world organisations; we would not have been able to do this on foot. As far as the history of the old town goes I would have liked more stories of the famous individuals involved in founding the city, and more information about the city's main industried today. The commentary was lacking depth and warmth. In the end we didn't feel connected to Geneva.

The tour was very disappointing: the bus was filled with 50 people and a screaming kid. I was told that only 20 people would be on the bus. It was very warm in the bus and the dirty windows prevented us from taking good pictures.Listening to info in 3 languages _br/_ was very annoying. The mini train was extremely uncomfortable and hot with the smell of exhaust surrounding us. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Waste of money and time!

Good tour to get your bearings with. Unfortunately an extremely rude Indian traveller ruined the tour for most of us by loudly talking on his mobile so that we were unable to hear the commentary !!!

It was boring especially when the tour guide did not seem like he was enjoying his job. But when you don't have much time in Geneva, it is worth doing at least you learn where the important organisations are located.

A great way to start your trip to Geneva and see some of the main sites. However it would have been nice to get off the bus more especially around the UN. The street train journey was cute.

We enjoyed the Geneva City Tour. Our only confusion was that we were not certain that the Key Tours bus was the bus for a Viator tour. We did not see Key Tours mentioned as the provider. The leader of the tour was knowledgeable and friendly.

I am not fully satisfied with the tour. I was a customer of Viator for several tours in the past, however, this time I am quite disappointed. (1) In the catalog, it says "dig even deeper into the Old Town with your guide on a walking tour" - There was no walking tour at all. (2) The Guide was just saying her piece and no interaction with the tourists. The only thing I like is the mini-train tour & the 5 minute bus stop in front of United Nations to take a picture at least. I hope they will improve next time and provide value for money to customers. Thanks.

This was a wonderful introduction to Geneva. The guide, was knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. I had just arrived that morning from the US so I was a bit bleary, but the tour was informative and interesting. I especially liked the combination of walking and bus tour. It was great to get out and walk and Geneva is so incredibly beautiful.

I have to say the tour guide was excellent. She was very informative & had a great sence of humour. She made sure that everyone was included in the conversation. We had to leave the bus for a short walk & despite the heavy rain, she kept everyone's spirit up & was very bubbly & upbeat. She was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for shops etc..Unfortunatly Geneva itself is a bit bland in the winter as far as sightseeing is concerned, very much a business city

We had a long lay over and this was just perfect to see the city and get a taste. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. About the only thing missing was the famous fountain from the lake picture was not working.

Amazing tour with nice guide as she was helpful, it shows you the whole city in few hours which is enough for it but I recommend to have an extra hour to walk on the lake area which will be better. Highly recommended if you want to see most of the world famous organizations.

The perfect introduction to a delightful city! We could not have seen nearly as much on our own since our time was limited. Then we chose what to go back to on our own. Easy to find the departure point, made the trip simple and fun!

The tour was good but you had no chance to take photos. We saw the cathedral but weren't allowed to go inside and we were restricted to just five minutes there. Most of the time is spent on the bus and then in the little train for the old town. Hardly anytime outside.

The last part, which was the trip to the country, was great. The first part, however, was horrid. We were "dumped" at a diamond factory and told to return to the bus at 1:30. We came back to the bus early only to be told that the bus had left, so we had to wait another boring hour in the cold.

Our guide was wonderful and had a lot of knowledge about the area. It was a brief overview tour of the surrounding area, and it gave us enough information to use to decide where else to go visit in Geneva. Don't take the tour if you are expecting to have a thorough tour inside of all the buildings and areas in Geneva.

It was a personalized guided tour to the city of Geneva. On the particular day, we were a family of 3, the only tourists, yet still the trip-bus tour, train tour, and the guide's explanation of historical aspects were carried out. We came back very informed and satisfied.
