Australian Outback Spectacular is the first of a kind in Australia. A tribute to the Heroes of the Light Horse, this unique and exciting show captures the link between the stockmen and the legendary Australian Light Horse, with spectacular visual effects and raw energy all of its own.

Each night the giant thousand seat arena thunders with the hooves of Australian stock horses as an action-packed performance unfolds. It's an electric atmosphere presented with state-of-the-art lighting and sound as Australia''s leading stunt riders and stockmen play out the charming story of the heroes of the Australian Light Horse. During the performance, a traditional Australian BBQ will be served as the action unfolds!

Dinner Menu:
A mouthwatering and tantalizing array of Aussie food will make up the delicious dinner you will be served during Australian Outback Spectacular!

• Tasty mixed Queensland Salad served with tangy mango dressing
• Barbecue tenderloin beef steak with rich gravy, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables and Australian Damper bread
• Traditional baked Pavlova with Queensland berries and country cream and Bush Billy Tea
• Children can also choose a sausage meal option. The Sausages Main meal option consists of Sausages topped with gravy. All vegetables are seasoned with salt&pepper and buttered, vegetables consisting of pumpkin, beans, carrots and mash potato.

For the vegetarian guests, mains will consist of a pastry vegetable swag dressed with bush tomato flavored sauce. Gluten free and diabetic meal requests can be accommodated.

It was really well orgainised, the food was hot and tasty. Loved the show and would definaetly recommend it to anyone travelling over to the Gold Coast. Loved it.

Wonderful show. Highly entertaining for all ages. Amazingly skillful riding. Great insight into some aspects of outback life with the added tribute to the Light Horse. Don't know how they manage to serve such a delicious meal to so many people so quickly. Excellent value!

The Australian Outback Spectacular was wonderful, but the Viator service was not. We were tod that the coach would be picking us up at 6:15. We waited until 6:45, phoned the number we had been given, which was the number of the Australian Spectacular booking office. We were told that the bus had called at 5:55, and as we weren't there had gone without us. We were asked to make our own way there which we declined to do. We asked if we could go the following evening, and they kindly agreed. The arrangements then went smoothly despite a storm raging. The staff at Australian Spectacular were not obliged to let us go the following evening - the show involved a meal which would have been reserved on the original booking. The fault lies wholly with Viator for telling us the wrong time.

I had a very happy night at an attractive show. The atmosphere is very good, and I think everyone should go. The dinner set is OK.
