The quick and convenient way to travel! You will be meet upon arrival at Gold Coast Airport and taken directly to your accommodation located on the Gold Coast - from Coolangatta to Sanctuary Cove.

You will be greeted by a driver wearing a blue shirt who will be ready to take you directly to your accommodation located on the Gold Coast.

Ten and twelve seat mini-coaches are predominately utilized to minimize passenger time in transit and all flights are met on a pre-booked basis. Coaches are equipped with air-conditioning and GPS (Global Positioning System). The installation of GPS provides efficient fleet management and peace of mind to passengers.

• Zone 5 - Hotels or homes in Mudgeeraba, Runaway Bay, Worongary, Nerang, Hollywell, Coombabah, Arundel, Parkwood, Biggera Waters
• Zone 6 - Hotels or homes in Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island, Oxenford, Monterey Keys, Gaven, Studio Village, Pacific Pines, Santa Barbara, Helensvale
• Zone 7 - Hotels or homes in Coomera, Upper Coomera Waters

Was happy to find our driver straight away who led us to the van.. Didn't realise it was going to take nearly an hour to get to the hotel though. Would be nice to have been told how long it was going to take to get to the destination early in the trip...

I always use Viator when I travel anywhere. Having an airport pick up when you arrive is much more relaxing. Pretty awful. I arrived and had to wait for an hour while the shuttle bus driver rounded up the other passengers. It was not advertised anywhere that I would have to wait for any time at all. I waited for longer than what my flight took! If i had known about the wait, I would have paid the extra to just get a taxi.

The service on the day was good however I purchased my ticket as a Brisbane Airport Connection not a Gold Coast. I did not appreciate my credit card being charged an higher rate than what I purchased. The final cost was not a saving.

No problems with Con-X-Ion, collecting my wife and I from Coolangatta airport, that was ok. However, we 'phone booked a return journey on Sunday 15th for a pickup time of 9.00am Tues. 17th as advised by your rep. for arrival time at airport of 10am for our 11.00am flight. We walked out to our pickup point in front of 'The Sands' at 8.50am. As the coach had not arrived by 9.15am we 'phoned your office and were advised the coach was at Sun City, and duly arrived at 9.20 am . Then we spent 15 minutes driving and collecting a passenger at a retirement village near Burleigh Heads. Then running the traffic lights to get back on track again took more time, so that by the time we arrived at the airport, collected our baggage, obtained a boarding pass and lined up we had just 40 minutes (10.20) to spare , the cutoff being 30 mins we just had 10 mins to spare,_br/_ To our way of thinking it is cutting it fine any more holdups and we could have had difficulty in being able to board our flight. I realise there are a lot of road works going on, but still all that should be allowed for. _br/_ At the time of booking we were advised we would be in the airport at 10am to catch our 11am flight._br/_ Anyway it worked out ok in the end,however, the trip did not help the blood pressure._br/_ Yours Sincerely,_br/_ Brian Mannix

I wasn't going to write, but seeing that you asked..._br/_ I arrived at the airport to be met by nobody at the carousel. When I eventually tracked down the driver by walking around, I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes as a plane was delayed. I pointed out that I had to be somewhere and he said "don't shoot the messenger". He suggested I walk up and "have a coffee" . After half an hour I went in search of him and we met at the end of the airport. The other passengers had not turned up. Once we got going, about 45 minutes late, the journey was fine, although we were now in the teeth of rush hour traffic, due to the delay._br/_ For the return journey I paid $3.50 for the bus, virtually door to door.

There were no real problems. I had a little trouble finding the Viator representative as I had expected him to be in the "transport meet up" area but he phoned me and we had been within 50 metres of each other..

Truthfully, it was only just acceptable. No one waiting at baggage collection as stated. Look all over then just as I started to phone, I saw guy holding my name plate walking over. he said there was another passenger and to wait near the exit. About 25 minutes later he appeared with passenger. Guy was pleasant, vehicle was nice, trip to hotel was good, but all I remember is being dumped by the exit for nearly half an hour. Sorry I couldn't do a nicer review, but if its honesty your after.......
