The cruise was more than worth its money. The crew were friendly, helpful and quickly arranged for a cake for my friend who was celebration his birthday that day. Needless to say he was estastic when the cake was brought to him. The singers and dancers were excellent. One thing though; arrange for hotel-cruise-hotel transfers. The taxi drivers were hopeless; they left us stranded in an are far fron the cruise point. We almost lost our cruise because of this.

Just lovely. Would recommend to get transfers to and from hotel as it was definitely easier. Food was great and lots of it. Dinner and dance and a lovely photo of my partner and I at the end. very romantic. Highly recommend!!!!

overall, the ambience was nice, entertainment was excellent with marvellous singers, etc._br/_ the service was good too. the only complaint is_br/_ the buffet. not many choices to choose from especially the main dishes like meat. too much salads. also, there were no drinks like water, juices, tea and coffee provided. is normal to provide beverages for any buffet. for the price we paid, we would expect some sort of beverages to be included.

We arrived for the Dinner Cruise at 5.30 for a 5.45 departure as stated on the voucher, but we were informed by the staff the boat was not departing until 7.30pm and where the dock is for this cruise ther is nothing to do as it is so far out of town. We threfor had to call a taxi to take us back into town and return us later. WHY DO YOU STATE THE WRONG DEPARTURE TIME !!_br/_ When we did eventually start our cruise we had a great time but this was due to the excellent staff,had Viator got the times correct it would have been even better._br/_ I think a credit for another tour in the Viator file is the least you can do to cover our extra taxi expences and the hanging arround for 2 hours_br/_ Robin Lee

Great evening! I didn't have any issues finding the dock with a taxi. I think having the exact address was helpful in that, so you will want that if you want to avoid the costs of having the transfer from Viator. I was traveling alone and when I was seated, I was placed at a private table. Could be a lonely night. Luckily, I made some friends when boarding at the staff was able to put us together at a table when we asked.The food was great and it was a very pleasant evening!

This was a nice way to spend the evening but not an incredibly impressive adventure. The food was okay and the entertainment was fun. However there's just not a lot to see along the Saigon River, no beautiful lights or buildings. It was like cruising in the dark.

But arrange the pickhotel transfer. We were given incorrect time and address so we went on a wild goose chase for 2 hours and then had to wait 2 hours before the boat left.

Finding this place was a nightmare as they had changed boarding locations since booking. I also received an email informing me to come at the wrong time. Once on board safely and the crew were so accomodating and really made a effort to make sure we had a loverly time. The food was the best we had in HCMC. Very much reccomended.

What a wonderful cruise. We are glad to do this cruise, as the smaller boat was more personal. Directions to get to Bonsai should say Seaport not Ferry Terminal, as we had to walk through a lot of rubble to get to footpath on bridge. Also there is no signage at the front to let you know you are in the correct place.

Would defenitly do this cruise again. The food was fantastic and the entertainment was also very good. It was a nice surprise to get a free massage along the way which was much appreciated. Our waitress was very friendly and could not be more helpful. We had a great time! I would definetly recommend paying for the pickup service as well, we were taken straight to the boat and there was no confusion. After reading other reviews from people who didn't include this sevice and the confusion they experienced we felt it was worth paying for.

The cruise was great when we eventually got on the boat. Instructions on voucher were incorrect and confusing. We selected Cruise Only-No transfers because we felt that that the cost was too much to pay for transfers. Taxi driver dropped us off at Majestic Hotel opposite several large cruise boats but we discovered our cruise was further around across a large bridge. Building site rubble on edge of bridge covered a small path and we had to navigate crossing the bridge in very heavy traffic. A very stressful time because we thought we were running late. Assistance provided to us at end of night by cruise staff to catch taxi back to our hotel was much appreciated.

I think the cruise and dinner are a little overpriced. Mind you, drinks, even water, are not included. The buffet offered is just average food, nothing fancy or fantastic. I think with this sort of price, some seafood should be included, and the show is not that great either. It would be better if you make it more towards the local type of music and cultural show. After all, most of the diners are visitors, and I am sure they would enjoy more to see a local musical show than a Philippine bamboo dance.

The cruise was amazing!!! The food was fantastic and there was so much variety! The service of the staff was exceptional and they were very attentive to us. We received a free massage each and the dancing was entertaining. A very relax and beautiful experience and I definitely recommend that anyone going to Ho Chi Minh City does this cruise! The instructions on the voucher were not exactly correct, and it took 2 taxis and a crazy ride on a motorbike to get there. The boat and the people were great, and they put in a lot of effort, but the Saigon River is polluted and brown with rubbish floating in it. You can smell it while you eat. Also, you go past the same cargo ships about 6 times as the run is very short.
