Very happy with the service. We were delayed with the visa on arrival and were concerned that our driver would not wait this long, however he was still there with his big sign which we could not miss - will use this service again and highly recommend organising this prior to departing overseas.

It was great to be greeted upon arrival after a long trip! Safe driving and efficient. _br/_ The only negative aspect was when the young woman asked us if we wanted to go nightclubbing. Just a tad annoying because we were so tired from travelling for 16 hours. We politely declined and iit was fine. We would definitely use this service again.

My flight was late and I was very worried that nobody would pick me up at the airport. Was impressive that despite I had a hard time finding them over the weekend to confirm my tour over always engaged phone, Buffalo Tours was very punctual and professional and maange to pick me up smoothly from the airport. One thing I have to comment is that the driver who drive me to my hotel CANNOT speak english. So, I do feel bit insecure given the fact that I am travelling alone at night. But as a whole, I do liek Buffalo Tours as they are the 1st to quickly revert to me on confirmation on pick up unlike Intrepid Indochina (the tour company) who you get n response until the day of the tour and panicking to hell sitting at the Lobby wondering whether they will come or not.

Great. Delighted to see the driver after a long trip and 3 diff flights from Europe. He knew exactly where to go, so no language issues. Just as a comparison, I paid 150,000dong ie about 5 euro for the return journey, however this was at 4.30am! ie light traffic.

We were slightly delayed as we had to wait for visas in the airport. A very pleasant guide with good English, was waiting for us, she welcomed us and we were immediately and efficiently transported to our hotel in the city centre. In hindsight we are so pleased that we had chosen this transfer as we were seriously ripped off on our return trip to the airport when we took a taxi. Certain taxi companies are notorious for doing this in Ho Chi Minh City.

We were met by a representative from Buffalo at the airport who called driver for pick up. We waited no more than a few minutes for his arrival. Whilst waiting the representative chatted to us and gave us some HCMC tips. Whilst the driver spoke little English the transfer was trouble free and very professional.
