Hong Kong Harbor Night Cruise and Dinner at Revolving 66 Restaurant

Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Dine out in style at Hong Kong's only revolving restaurant, then see the famous lights of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour on an after-dinner harbor cruise. A great way to an evening on the town in Hong Kong!

Your evening starts with an exciting ascent by bullet elevator to Hong Kong's famous Revolving 66 Restaurant, located on the 62nd floor of one of Hong Kong's tallest buildings. You'll enjoy a delicious buffet dinner in the Revolving Dining Room, perched 700 feet (210 meters) above Hong Kong. The restaurant has unobstructed, 360-degree panoramic views of Hong Kong's lights and harbor. This unforgettable view has to be seen to be believed!

After dinner, you'll join the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong as you stroll along the busy, narrow lanes of the exciting Temple Street Night Market in Kowloon. To complete your evening, you'll then take a relaxing 55-minute harbor cruise on a Chinese junk style. Drinks are unlimited on board while you witness the mesmerizing reflections of Hong Kong's gorgeous multicolored neon lights mirrored in the harbor's waters.

Important Note: The Revolving 66 Restaurant will be closed due to major renovations until the end of  April 2012. During the renovations, the dinner venue will be changed to Bubba Gumps situated at Victoria Peak with great views of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. Please see below for a sample of the menu at Bubba Gumps.

Really want to give this more, great night and experience, but a few things letting it down...Dinner wasn't at Revolving 66..still is at Bubba Gumps at Victorias Peak... When I rung to confirm, Tour East HK had lost our booking (we had been in HK at end of March, left for China and then returned to HK at different Hotel..this seemed to confuse them)... While Bubba Gumps food was very nice and the view was good, the Rest is rather small...we had a small group, but still we were seated with 2 others we didn't know, so don't expect to have a close and intiment dinner with your partner! The harbour cruise is after the Laser Show!! We only stopped for 5mins at a lookout half way down Victorias peak to see light show... Harbour Cruise was good, however a lot of the commentary by guide was very repetitive and while the limited drinks on offer, were free, every time we went to bar, we were pressured in giving a tip...very off putting. We also stopped at Temple St Markets before Harbour Cruise, which was OK...Great night and experience, however description of tour needs to be updated...

The revolving resturant was not availble, so we ended up at Victoria Peak. The view was probably better there. The boat trip was awesome and the whole experience great.

This tour was average. We did not get dinner at the Revolving 66 Restaurant and no explanation was given as to why. The dinner was at Bubba Gump on the Peak, which was actually really good but not what we thought we were getting. I did not really enjoy the visit to the markets or river cruise after dinner so for us it would have been better just to book a dinner at the restaurant ourselves.

Pick up on time_br/_ Tour was very good although the meal was at Bubber Gump at The Peak as the revolving restaurant was closed (we looked that up as nothing was said)_br/_ The tour was good but we seemed to switch from Kowloon to HongKong island back and forth quite a bit!_br/_ K to HK for dinner, to K for evening market, to HK for cruise, to K for drop off!_br/_ Time at each location was about right_br/_ We would recommend this to any first time visitors to Hong Kong

We did not get the pick-up from our hotel and had to make our own way to the Excelsior Hotel but as there were only 5 of us on the evening excursion, we were not too bothered about this. We ate at Bubba Gump on Victoria Peak as the original location stated is still undergoing refurbishment. Food was fine, plenty of it and we did have a small choice of menu. Not a very refined restaurant, but service was quick and as said, food was ok. The stop for the laser show was disappointing as it was misty from the pollution that now plagues Hong Kong and the laser show just consists of buildings flashing lights. Temple Street market was busy and bustling, very authentic. We still had a huge sampan on the harbour even though there was just 5 of us and this part was great as it is a lot clearer seeing the buildings lit up from sea level. Overall very good value for money.

Meal at Bubba Gump (Revolving 66 Restaurant closed for refurishment) was superb. A one way trip on Peak Tram would have made the entire experience exceptional. Temple Street Markets great as usual, time there too short. Harbour cruise was wanting, limited choice of drinks and no wine glasses for ladies. However, Hong Kong at night from the harbour was fantastic, especially with the Christmas lights. Overall too many activities in such a short period of time. Tour guide and bus driver were polite, informative and comical. Good experience.

The harbour night cruise we loved, together with the trip up to the peak which was a bonus because the revolving restaurant was being renovated. Unfortunately the dinner at Bubba Gump was very disappointing as the meal was very average and the service was disappointing (revolving restaurant was being renovated unfortunately for us). Tour guide was great.

The river cruise was very disappointing for the money. We were informed that the revolving 66 restaurant was closed for refurbishment and were taken to an alternative restaurant at the Peak called Bubba Gumps. We felt that the food was second rate and service was awful. We had to forgo our sweet and coffee as we had to be back at our meeting place to go on to the next part of the trip.We certainly wouldn't recommend the restaurant. The rest of the trip was ok.

Excellent trip, however, guide (Patrick Wong) was exceptionally rude - we turned up at the designated pick up point at 1730, and he scolded us for being 'late' as the tour apparently started at 1700. The then proceeded to tell us that the print out of the booking was old, despite it being booked only one week before thr tour. Throughout the tour, he then repeated himself many times on each comment. It was extraemely irritating. The tour itself was great, but the guide was horrific.

Unfortunately it was pouring rain and and very low fog on the evening we did this trip so we didnt enjoy as much as we should have. There was too much travel involved as we went through the tunnel 4 times so a large amount of time was stuck in traffic._br/_ However the service we received was excellent. Tickets and instructions were at hotel when we checked in and we were picked up on time. Considering the conditions the guide did the best he could supplying a lot of useful information.

Would have been better if not for the rain that evening. The tour guide was informative and helpful. Dinner was excellent (not the revolving restaurant) at Victoria Peak._br/_ Overall a good night out.

Unfortunately Revolving 66 was closed foe renovations. The substitute restaurant Bubba Gumps was a let down. The set menu lacked choice relating to the restaurant. We had the NY steak. It was full of grissle.Caeser salad was mainly lettuce with little else. We missed the views from the peak because of low cloud. The harbour cruise was great.Hong Kong is still a sight to see at night.

Disappointing trip. The food was only fair. I only booked the trip thinking it was the revolving restaurant 66 with buffet. It was only after I paid to discover it was not what it was advertised. Teresa Houghton

This tour took us to Bubba Gump for dinner which was good and then to see the laser night lights. Following that was the river cruise which was very beautiful however the weather turned very cold and made it very uncomfortable for everyone. On the whole a very good tour.

Spectacular views over hong kong , anywhere you sit you will get a good view. Meal buffet style and something for everyone, i particularly liked the chocolate fountain for after as never tried before. Drinks are typical hotel prices. Got a few good bargains on the market but dont worry gents you arnt there long. Boat ride was a nice end to the evening met some lovely people while sipping unlimited gin and tonics etc.Would not recommend if taking children, otherwise brilliant

The Night Cruise, dinner and weather were perfect. Firstly the buffet dinner at the Revolving 66 restaurant was outstanding with so much to choose from and the view was spectacular. Secondly, the evening cruise on the harbor was stunning with all the building lights. Thank you to our friendly guide for a great night.

The restaurant portion and bus tour were wonderful....highly recommended. The view alone was worth the money at the restaurant. Food was of high quality and lots of selection. Tour would have been improved if we get to see the light (laser) show from the cruise or at least from the restaurant. The weather was quite chilly at this time of year during the habour cruise, perhaps the organizer can put in a reminder to the people to carry jackets along.

Fantastic 360 degree view of Hong Kong at night! Food is very nice however, you have to queue as it is a buffet. This became a little like a bun fight for some tourists who clearly have never queued or don't know how to queue!! The harbour cruise was excellent and the guide very informative. We travelled in October so take something warm to wear as it does get chilly.

what a wonderful evening! The dinner at Restaurant 66 was very good with enormous buffet. The food was delicious. (all 4 people in my party agreed on that). The trip afterwards to the night market was a good entertainment and just long enough for us. The highlight of the evening was the cruise later on. the guide was very nice and very informative! Five stars from us.

I did enjoy this tour even tho'at the last minute I nearly pulled out because the weather was so bad. It's a shame we could not have been picked up from the Cosmopolitan as the bus drove passed there to get to the restaurant so that was a bit off putting The restaurant was really nice and far nicer than I expected as some of the reviews weren't real great. There was heaps of food and plenty of choice . I wish i could have tried everything but everything I had was very nice. The sweats were especially great so make sure you leave room for those. Drinks were not at all expensive as I was led to believe and service very good. Guide tended to repeat himself a fair bit but was full of knowledge about Hong Kong. The laser lights didn't impress me but maybe thats because it was so overcast The city is magnificent by twilight, just like a fairy story. The markets were good but it was a bit tiring going back and forth to Kowloon and Hong Kong Is. The ferry ride was very good and unlike previuos comments there was plenty on offer at the bar if we so wished. It's a shame there weren't more people on the ferry as I felt it was a long ride for so few people. Hong Kong is a beautiful City and this tour showed it off very well indeed. Many Thanks for making a great holiday memorable
