Not impressed with the lack of clarity around pick up time (flight time was all that was discussed) and then a bus arrived instead of the car expected. After a wait, a car was provided, but this was disappointing.

Our flight with BA was diverted to Moscow as a passenger became very ill. Arrived into Hong Kong about 5 hours later. Guide was there waiting for us, even he handed day tours vouchers booked on line to me at he airport. Car used for transfer was a luxury mini-vans and driver gave us plenty of useful information. Recomended.

I was disappointed. Not because the pick up was not on time or professional which it was but I picked this company because of the promised Black Mercedes car. This was my wedding anniversary trip and I did not want the Peninsula Hotel limo picking us up as I thought a Black Mercedes is just as good. But we were picked up in a Toyota people mover van which smelled like the driver smoked in the car. I was disappointed with the quality of ride.

Upon arrival there was no one to greet us in the Arrival Hall. Directions to meeting location were incorrect. Contact eventually turned up and led us to our driver. Car journey was very good in S-Class Mercedes.
