Your airport transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver in Hong Kong.

Shared arrival transfers are not available between the hours of 11.00pm to 7.00am, a private transfer must be booked

Sorry, but this was the one big disappointment out of the four tours we booked with viator. Given that it had already been a long flight, we all stood around for about an hour while the organisers got their act together......people were getting very agitated, including us.

A bit of hanging around in airport before we boarded bus and unfortunately we ended up in rush hour traffic so it took some time to reach our hotel. However, still feel it was a good idea for first time visitors unsure of public transport and tired after a long flight.

The directions as to where to meet our contact was incorrect. After nearly 1-1/2 hours of waiting we got on the bus. We were very diaappointed with our bus ride, it took us 2-1/2 hours to get to the hotel. We should have been the second stop but were infact the last stop due to poor route selection. It would have been much faster to have taken the train to Central and then a taxi and probably cheaper.

Difficult to find the person responsible for collecting us at the airport. It took us about 1/2 hour to find the person and we were then told to wait until he could find more passengers. It took about 1 hour from the time we landed until we were on ourr way to the hotel. Would be much better next time to catch the train and taxi to the hotel.

The shuttle transportation was as expected. It was difficult to see the guy holding the sign coming out of customs bc there are so many drivers holding signs. Finally I found the guy w a tiny sign. There was a long wait to actually get on the bus, and my hotel was the last stop. This was $24 USD for a one way, which I thought would be a bargain. On the way back, I was going to book the same thing, but I called the hotel to see how much it costs for them to make arrangements... it was 140

Viator service to the hotel was good. I was very happy to have someone meet me at the airport when I arrived. The only thing, I had to wait for about 30 minutes before I was taken to the hotel. Yes, I would book through them again.

We had a great time & highly recommend the whole experience. My only concern is that the Absolute Hotel Chain with it's hard sell technique has started on the streets of Kowloon.In my view they have ruined holidays in Phuket & one can only hope they don't do the same here

They were waiting for us at the gate, we had to sit for about 10 minutes then we all walked down to the bus. It took about 35 minutes to get to Kowloon. All friendly people and I'd definitely recommend this - it was easy.

If it is your first visit, this method of getting to town and your hotel was so easy. And you get to see some amazing "first sights". The MYR would be quicker if you know your way around. Also, age is an issue with suitcases i.e. ease of mobility.

It was difficult to find the driver as there were heaps of people with signs in the arrivals area. Once found, it was a very convenient way to get to our hotel. There was a guide on the bus who pointed out some things as we drove by. Very friendly and helpful.
