Travel from your Hong Kong Island or Kowloon City hotel to Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Shared departure transfers are not available for flights departing between the hours of 1am to 7:45am. A private transfer must be booked.

I was a little apprehensive when booking the shared hotel to airport transfer from the UK. But any misgivings I had proved to b totally unfounded. Viator's agent in Kowloon contacted me the day prior to our flight back to the UK with instructions on where the pick up would be. The next evening our transfer coach with a rep arrived on time and the transfer went like clockwork. I will certainly use Viator again they provide an excellent service.

Excellent the service was as good as always and would use it again. The service may be shared with other people, but the coach is 5 star coach and they pick you up at your hotel, couldn't ask for better and value for money. The gentleman that met us in the lobby is the same gentleman that met us this time last year and he recognised us. Great Service.

The shuttle from Hong Kong airport to The Kowloon hotel took forever! There was a long time to wait and wait, with the other customers, the guy took us to another part of airport, we waited again there and wait again, overall took me 3 hours for eventually arrived in the hotel. I was already tired with 15 hours long flight, I just could not extend another 3 hours for that unacceptable waiting period, I felt asleep in the bus. But the return shuttle from hotel to the airport was good. The guy came to pick me up late a little bit, but I didn't have to wait etc. we went around picked up another customers from different hotel. Another thing I'd like to advise, it would be helpful if you provide a driver that is able to communicate in English. Because majority the customers are foreigners.

Not good. We were let down on our transfer from hotel to airport even though we had a fax the previous day stating the pick up time we had to get a taxi 45 mins later.Got refunded for taxi at airport. We have always used your services in many countrys and have always found them good.But not anymore.

It took the worry out of schlepping bags, and it was door to door. Once I learned my way around, I would have been comfortable taking the MTR. As above, ageease of mobility is a consideration.

I would use these transfers again. We were given a hotel luxury shuttle to the airport, far better than the transfers into Hong Kong. Better coach, no waiting and no selling! Next time we would not buy transfers but take these airport hotel shuttles. They're so much better.
