I recommend against buying this. The description is misleading suggesting that you will have use of all services in the lounge. What they don't tell you is that the sleeping facilities are NOT included. All that you have access to is a seating area, food and a shower. I arrived in Hong Kong with a 15 hour overnight layover and wanted to sleep. I ended up paying extra dollars on top of this booking to sleep for four hours. Would have been better off to just by the sleep package for 4 hours which included a meal.

I enjoyed the stay very much it was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what is needed between two long haul flights. The only difficultly I had was locating the lounge May I suggest a printed map on the acknowledgment or perhaps better signage.

The Hong Kong Travellers lounge is an ideal alternative to waiting around at the airport in between flights. We had a 6 hour wait between flights and this was fantastic and money well spent. We ate to our hearts content, had showers and used the internet. Definately worth it. I only gave it a four star rating as the coffee machines were not working, so this was disappointing

I booked three hours use of the lounge for my family._br/_ The buffet food was nice, and the only problem was that we had to wait to take shower because there are just a few shower booths in the lounge. My daughter was sent to go upstairs to use another shower facility._br/_ Over all, we relaxed at the lounge and enjoyed ourselves.

My makor problem with this reservation is that what could might be possible turns out that if it isn't written on the paper you print out then it isn't available without a cost.

Third time for us in the Traveler's Lounge, It was very ordinary unfortunately. The range of food was poor and didn't change during our 6 hour visit. When i look around HK airport and the great seating options and food available I don't think i would bother staying in the lounge again. Kay

The facilities were very good - as much food and drinks as you want, plus free internet access. It was so nice to be able to freshen up having a shower, etc. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a long-haul flight.

Definately worth it if you have a long layover! The shower was the best part, and they have all the ammenites. Food was plentiful, good, but not outstanding. Could use a little more variety in the food department. Massage was a nice treat too, especially since he concentrated on neck and sholders, areas most needed when flying. Chairs were comfortable, but not reclining. Overall, I was very happy with the lounge and well worth the money for the 5 hours, since I had an 8 hour layover, and had already been in airports and planes for 12 hours, so loved the shower!!

the location of the lounge is very confusing. the booking does not state which lounge. The direction to the lounge is not clear. The amenities in the lounge is available on waiting list such as the shower.

Facilities were adequate including showers, massage, etc.. Food selection was limited and what there was was average. Need more fruit and another main course. Snack selection was also limited._br/_ I was very frustrated in that they required a signed printed copy of my voucher. Being somewhat challenged with my iPad and my webmail interface, I was able to show the desk person my electronic voucher and accompanying eMail which said the printed copy was not required, only electronic along with photo id and travel documents. This was not acceptable and until I was able to find a way to get the electronic version of the voucher to the desk by eMail such that they could print, I was not able to use the full facilities. My intent was to use the facilitiy in the layover in the middle of my 44 hour flight - this was not relaxing and we lost well over an hour of our valuable time solving the problem. Had I expected this, I would have had paper voucher with me before I departed on my trip._br/_ Staff was courteous.

This was a welcome relief after a 10+ hour flight and on being informed that I had 4 hours to fill in whilst waiting for my next flight. It was great to be able to have a shower, something to eat and just relax in comfortable seats. Would definitely utilise this service again.

A complete waste of money. Cannot be accessed until checked-in so not enough time to use at all. Attempted but when realised I had to go to another part of the terminal by train and less than an hour until departure did not proceed. Very disappointed.Sounded good with all the facilities available but not if they can't be accessed.. No stars at all.

I paid $60 for a bed and it was like lying on a hard board. I could'nt lie on it for the full 3 hours as it really hurt my back. The food was very average but it was better than staying in the waiting area for 9 hours.

This was just what I needed while waiting for my connecting flight to Perth. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The facilities were lovely and the massage was luxurious. This made a really refreshing break and allowed me to recharge my batteries ready for the next leg of my journey. I have already recommended this to friends and family and will continuing to do so. I will also take the opportunity of this the next time I fly.

The travellers' lounge in Hong Kong international Airport is a great way to relax, refresh and prepare for the next long plane journey. The staff are very attentive and courteous and the facilities are excellent. Because we weren't having the massage offered in the package we were allowed to stay in the lounge for the full 8 hours instead of the expected 5. The food was good although not a lot of variety, however you could have as much as you wanted including hot and cold drinks. We will certainly do this again if we have an extended stopover in Hong Kong.

It's always a pleasure to spend my layover hours at the Travel Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. The service is excellent, the lounge is bright and comfortable and the variety of food is quite good and tasty too. I was disappointed, though, that my last stay package did not include a back massage (the package I purchased just the month prior included one). Guess I need to read the fine print just a bit better.

If you're traveling for a significant period of time you'll want to take advantage of the travelers lounge. It's located close to terminal 36 and a provides easy access to a wide range of duty free shops and restaurants. The lounge itself is a comfortable, clean and relatively quiet environment where you can take a shower, freshen up and then enjoy something to eat and drink. There is a variety of food on offer ranging from fruit, scones, biscuits, through to fish noodle soups and chicken curries. It's basic fare but for a tired and hungry traveler it's nourishing and definitely a vast improvement on what the airlines serve. There is a good sushi restaurant right next door to the lounge which I can recommend for those who wish to eat something a little healthier. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The Travelers Lounge provided welcome respite from a rather arduous 48 hour door to door travel experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and freshen up whilst in transit.

After a long flight from Heathrow, my wife and I were warmly welcomed. Our priorites were requested and immediately complied with. A hot shower, a change of clothes, a pleasant meal in calm and comfortable surroundings away from the bustle of airport travel revived us for our onward flight. It was well worth the cost.

We had 4 1/2 hours to spare in Hong Kong airport. Booking the lounge was the best thing we did! We were able to get a shower after a 12 hour flight, get some food and a massage, all included in the price. Plus able to have a sleep in one of the comfy chairs.

Just Brilliant! Lets face it, at its worst Hong Kong airport can be crowded, noisy, and the food stalls aren't exactly a bargain. Being able to rest up at the travelers lounge, take a shower, eat a few snacks, and catch up on emails was great! Booking online was also a good move, much cheaper!

An excellent way to spend a 6 hour stopover from London to Cairns. Quiet and comfortable! A good selection of soft drinks, teas, coffees etc, but I found the food choice a bit lacking and the selection very limited. But it sure beats pacing around the airport!

I found the Traveler's Lounge in Hong Kong to be very worthwhile! There was a place to nap if needed and the lounge was very comfortable for weary legs, the food was out of this world, computers were there if needed, snacks were provided and the staff were most helpful and courteous. All in all a great service and well worth the price paid, which incidentally, I felt, was very reasonable. Thanks!
