Transfer arrived about 10 minutes late and their records showed I was to be picked up at 9:00am but the transfer was confirmed for 8:00am. In the end it worked out as we arrived to the airport on time. Would use Viator again.

When confirming 24 hours in advance for a slightly earlier collection (15 Minutes),this was not taken into consideration. We then had to wait for the taxi to arrive and although other taxi firms were able to collect from terminal entrance, we had to walk to the public taxi area to reach our vehicle. However, the vehicle was great for all our luggage (Four large suitcases and two hand luggage bags) and the cost was very reasonable compared to the charge by the cruise people for this transfer._br/_ Thanks and we will surely use your services again.

Right on time! However, in the "Arrivals" area, my contact was not holding a sign with my name. Instead, he held a sign, "Neon Tours"._br/_ Since I knew "Neon" was to be the pick-up, it_br/_ was not a problem. However, a less experienced traveller might have not have known to look for the tour company's name. Otherwise, my pick-up went perfectly.

The guy was exactly where he said he would be with the sign. We were taken quickly to the Hotel in Istanbul. The driver was very professional and courteous, pointing out sights along the way. There were three of us and we were in a van, so we had plenty of room. Well worth what I paid.
