Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking (subject to availability) and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Booked my transfer with Viator as I have previously used this company whilst in rome for a vatican trip._br/_ NOT disapointed. very courteous service, on time (early actually) very helpful. Would definately recomend this organisation for transfers or trips. You may well get a transfer cheaper, but it would be difficult to beat their reliability. WELL DONE VIATOR

It was an early morning transfer. I was flying to Warsaw (domestic flight). Driver did not ask what my flight was and I did not know that_br/_ domestic terminal and international terminal were different. He evidently assumed I was on an international flight and dropped me at that terminal. After I figured out the error I had to walk with my luggage in the dark to the domestic terminal. We both should have reconfirmed the flight/terminal.

The driver was later than the time I was given to be picked up but Krakow to Munich is classed as a regional flight so unbeknown to me, less time is required to check-in and there were no problems at all.

It's nice to have an airport transfer which is pre-paid. Thus, everything is arranged up front. No need to make sure you have enough local currency. This transfer was prompt and worry free.
