Had to wait around 20 minutes before they allocated me to a van. But the driver made up for it, he was very friendly and talkative. I have visited KUL a number of years and this airport transfer to hotel would have to be quickest.

Excellent. Our driver was standing by on the outskirts of the airport when we arrived from a delayed flight. A company represntative was inside the terminal awaiting our arrival and then radioed to the driver, only a few minutes wait while to found his way to the door with the minibus. He helped us with the bus and then drove us the hotel. This took over 1 hour from the airport to the city centre. As we had other tour booked with the same company, the driver gave us an envelope confirming all our tour pick-up times and the airport departure. We found the company to be very efficient.

GREAT WAY to start a vacation - we had never been to Kuala Lumpur so I booked the Airport Transfer so I would not have to worry about transportation. Pivck up was on time. No trafic on the road. Driver drove at low speed making us just on time fro checkin with no time leaft to do anything. I would not have transferr with them again.

We used Viator to book three airport transfers in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi and Kota Kinabalu whilst on holiday in Malaysia in Aug 2011. In each case the driver was awaiting us at the arrivals area with no delays or issues. I prefer to make prior arrangements for arriving at an unfamiliar airport with my family and would have no hesitation in recommending Viator. It is possible to get alternative transfers by bus or taxi but for peace of mind I prefer to make prior arrangements.

Driver was waiting for me on arrival at airport. Without my knowledge the name of the hotel had been changed and the driver took the time to make sure I was in the correct hotel before leaving. Worth while as taxi's can be very expensive.

Will recommend this, if you are looking to get to your hotel from Airport as soon as possible and hassle free. The Airport is quite far from Kuala Lumpur, I stayed in the city centre and it took 45 mins to get there. If I had caught a taxi it would have been quite expensive.
