We were very pleased with the transfer from our hotel to the Airport in Kuala Lumpur. Due to bad weather in Australia we were 2 days late arriving in Kuala Lumpur so missed our _br/_ transfer from the airport to the hotel. Viator _br/_ refunded the full amount that we paid for the _br/_ transfer. One could not ask anymore than that._br/_ We have used Viator many times and I would _br/_ use them over again when travelling. Not just for transfers... Thank you Viator

Absolutel AWEFUL!!!! We were expecting to be collected in the same/similar Van to the one that picked us up at the airport, instead they sent a 3rd party who arrived in a sedan. We are 2 adults with 2 kids and loads of luggage (car seats and strollers and bags) and it didn't all fit into car. When we queried, we were told to hire a taxi to take our bags to the airport. Absolutely appalling and I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Also much more expensive than taking a normal taxi or even hotel shuttle (as I found out afterward)

Wonderful driver on time who collected me from my hotel. His name was Sina and he was one of the loveliest men I have ever met. He was kind, curteous, informative and a great conversationalist which is what I needed as I did not want to leave the wonderful city of KL. I can not speak highly enough of this man. I was lucky enough to be the only one for this quick and easy trip to airport due to my late departure. My car a mercedes was very clean and well maintained. I will certainly use Viator again.

Our first 2 trips with a car and driver were fantastic. On the third trip we were picked up by minivan. The driver did not speak English.Seat belts in the van were not all functioning and we had to change seats to find some that worked. Even then they were lapbelts!On the way to the airport the driver stopped without warning under a bridge behind a taxi and would not answer any questions as to why we had stopped. We thought we were going to be robbed however he appeared to rearrange the luggage and then continue. I would only travel with Viator again if I could be assured of safe passage with functional seatbelts.

I was collected on time and driven to the airport. The day before I was contacted at the hotel with confirmation of the pick-up time. The driver was polite, explained he had to pick up another family. There was plenty of room in the vehicle. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

Was given the time of pick up from hotel and the driver arrived on time. The communication from the local tour company, which was used by Viator was very good. They had my contact number and they sent a text message advising of what time the pick up will be.

Good communications with a phone call to the hotel the evening before departure to confirm the time. The taxi arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time and we were soon on our way to the airport. Paying in advance meant no worries about having to have too much local currency left.
