If you are caught waiting at kl airport for any length of time, do yourself a favour and get into the premier lounge. I had a 6 hour wait so bought a 6 hour entrance ticket through viator. I was at the LCCT premier lounge. It was worth every cent. Food was great, best coffee, free beer, soft drinks ice creams biscuits . internet, toiltes showers and comfortable lounge chairs. Aim to spend most of the time in the lounge before immigration as it is bigger than the lounge after immigration. highly recommended.

We had a 5 hour delay _br/_ Probably wouldn't bother if it was a shorter stay._br/_ Food is terrible! but eatable. not a lot to choose from._br/_ Free wifi, comfy chairs._br/_ Wouldn't bother with shower looked old and not so clean with a plastic curtain screen only._br/_ free drink was nice. _br/_ Possibly do again if had the same hours stop over, it does get you away from the crowds and noises.

Worth every cent. Fully recommended, especially if (like me) you have a number of hours between connecting flights. Shower wasn't hot though... but that is the only negative... internet was fast and staff were helpful. Ice cream and diet coke was awesome!

The KL International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge was ideal for me to pass away 6 hours whilst waiting for a connecting flight from KL to Chiago Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and refreshments were in continuous supply. I was able to shower and freshen up which is always helpful after a long-haul flight (from New Zealand to KL). I had access to the Internet via the wifi connection and was able to sleep when tired._br/_ Overall, I believe I made a good choice using this Lounge and I will use the facilities again, when passing through.

16 hours lay over in an airport was always daunting but the LCCT PPL made it a great stay over - comfortable chairs; great food; friendly staff; 24 hour TV ... Couple of issues with the shower facilities in the mens but considering the voluem during the day and compared to the option (i.e. no shower after a 12 hour Paris - KL haul !!) it still went over very well :-) ... amazing how beautiful warm water and soft towels felt !!!! When my flight was delayed further the LCCT PPL staff let me stay on for no extra cost for the additional hour - thanks guys, you are on my books for every trip :-) The staff also had no issue as I wandered in and out to check out the shopping in the airport (but be aware there is nowhere that sells novels so BYO) so make this a part of all your KL trips.

This was a great idea for a long stopover in the middle of the night and much cheaper to buy trough this site than at the airport. The only criticism is that I would to have like to have been able to lie down and I think they should supply blanket like the ones on the plane. Food was good and plentiful

I stopped over for 3 hours in Kuala Lumpur Airport flying from Heathrow London to Adelaided in Australia to KL which a modern Airport with the usual buzz that goes with it, I booked previously on line with the Viator Lounge which in my opinion was excellent value with comfortable seats (Armchairs) food which although the menu was limited was very fresh and delicous with both meat and vegetarian choices plus puddings and deserts all complimentary, the drink on offer was the obvious Tea/Coffee, Water, Coke soft drinks and the very welcome Beer on tap with a help your self system of cold glasses in the fridge and pour on tap until your hearts content the only criticism I have is that there was NO Wine with Australia a large and excellent Wine Producer the next stop I was surprised at the no Wine offering this could be addressed by the Lounge and I am sure that it would be welcome, the SKY TV was very good as were the offerings of reading matter time, Magazine and Ladies Magazines that my wife enjoyed in the wait for our connection to fly on to Adelaide, the shower option was available as was a massage neither of which we indulged in but were available to do so and were ok, after our time (2 hours) was up we visited the Aviater Lounge on the first floor of the Airport Terminal and a White Pino Grigio Wine was 41 Malaysian Ringits around 9 british Pounds a complete rip off but my expensive Wife/Wine as the drink was for her was appreciated although at a regretted price we were provided with salted peanuts. All in all a pleasant and value for money experience that I would recommend: Barry Wilkinson,Hampshire UK

Certainly not premium. Staff allowed guests to pull chairs together to make beds. Very noisy with snoring; difficult to find way through these beds. Lounge was clean apart from that

Lounge was relatively empty to start with but very busy when we left (would not have wanted to have arrived then). Great to be able to have a shower and change before the next leg of the journey. Plenty of food and drink and well worth the stay as not a lot else to do in the airport

I was in the LCCT terminal and from the web site expected a private shower and toilet facilities. Was disappointed to find this was not available. Would not recommend this area when you have a cafe next door with seats free wifi. The benefits of the lounge are the comfortable seats and some level of privacy.

I booked this service with Viator in advance. The trader KL International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge required a letter from Viator which they stated was sent to me. I checked my correspondence carefully. I received no such letter. The manager agreed to allow me to use the KL International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge after seeing my confirmation of payment documentation. However it took some negotiation to sort this out. After a long and tiring flight, this was very frustrating indeed!!

Absolutely Dreadful. I was in the Transit Lounge._br/_ Misleading advertising. Where were the showers, toilets, papers?? The very limited amount of food available looked "dangerous"!!._br/_ I have used many lounges in other airports, they have all been at the very least good to excellent, but this was AWFUL save your money and use the bar next door, which was what I did.!! I came back to use the power point for my laptop.

I was very disappointed with the Airport Plaza Premium Lounge in KL's LCCT. It's small, dark and not very clean. I booked it so I could have a shower after a long flight up from Australia, before flying on to India. The shower was broken, dirty - there was only one, and there was a queue. The soap, etc. was dreadful - below budget hotel quality. The chairs were all old and the fabric torn and stained. The electric sockets in the wall were loose and broken. The food was dire. This cost the two of us A$71!!! We would have had far better value sitting in one of the many nice cafes in the terminal, eating and drinking and chilling out there!

It was great to be able to go to the Airport Lounge in Kuala Lumpur after flying in from China and having a 6 hour stop over before heading to Australia. We could settle ourselves comfortably on a lounge, eat some food from their choice of buffet, check our emails, watch a movie and then get refreshed by having a shower and changing into some fresh clothes before getting our next flight. Definitely a must do. Our first experience, but won't be our last.

We had a 5 hour stop over from 6 am. It would have been nice to get into the lounge at 6 but we had to wait until 7 or pay double. The front space was rather full when we arrived but the soon opened the next space which was better although it was rather cold generally. People seem to smoke in the toilets, even though they shouldn't. The food was ok and the drinks were plentiful so it was a much better and more relaxing way to spend the time than at the limited seats in the airport.

We had a 5 hour wait between our London Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur Sydney flight, which I was dreading. The stay in the lounge made this so much better. The 5 hours flew by! The staff were very helpful, food was good and changed regularly, a good selection of drinks including ice cold draught Carlsberg beer. We used the internet access on our own laptop for much of the time. The showers really made a difference in making you feel human again. The comfy armchairs were great, better than sitting on those hard chairs in the public areas. If you are on a long haul flight and want to make a difference to your trip, book into this lounge. It is, in my opinion, terrific value for money and makes a huge difference to your trip. I will most definitely be booking in again on any future trips.
