Fabulous trip well worth the money the only down side was not seeing the sun set and the lights on over the strip. The helicopter pilot was so professional and put every body at ease with the flight. Will certainly book another trip when I visit Las Vegas again.

Fantastic way to see the whole landscape. Our pilot (Chuck) made us so welcome. One of our party of six dreaded flying but they put us so at ease about it all that this fear was overcome. Glad we didn't do the coach. Trip was 45 mins there, 30 mins on the ground and 45 mins back. Just about right! Fantastic views of the dam and the lake, something obviously the other land-based trips couldn't compete with.

Fantastic experience and trip - not to be missed when in Vegas. From being collected in the Limo to being dropped off again the whole trip was extremely well organised. Robert our helicopter pilot was fantastic and put our nerves at ease as it was our first ever trip in a helicopter. Wonderful views of the canyon and all in all just a fantastic day. We were told that you can not go the Las Vegas without doing a Helicopter Tour of the Grand Canyon and now we would say the same to anyone. All the relevant paperwork was easy to use and confirming our booking 24 hours prior was extremely easy and convenient. We were picked up by a stretched Limo and taken to the airfield, where we were booked in quickly and efficiently and asked to watch a safety briefing. We were then introduced to our pilot and taken to the Helicopter, where a professional photo was taken and then buckled up safely. The pilot was amazing at pointing out the landscape on route and was consistently reassuring to my Wife who was somewhat a nervous flyer. The flight there took about 30 minutes but the scenery was so amazing that the time just flew by. After a smooth landing and time to get plenty of photos and film recordings of the Grand Canyon we were invited into the shade to enjoy a Champagne Picnic which most definitely did not disappoint. Once completed and after some conversations with fellow passengers, it was time to take off again and seats were swapped round to offer everyone the front of the Helicopter. The ride back appeared to be quicker but still awe-inspiring. A journey back including a fly by the both old and new Las Vegas again was amazing and only then could you get an understanding of the sheer scale of Las Vegas. _br/_ This tour was everything we could of asked for and more. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, friendly and professional. If you want to see the Grand Canyon - book with this company

If you are going to Vegas and want to do one thing then this is it. Unbelievable trip to the Grand Canyon and even though we didn't get the helicopter we had booked due to maintainence work, it didn't spoil the trip we had. Soaring above and then swooping down into the Grand Canyon was an amazing feeling, landing on a plateau and having a champagne lunch, it doesn't get much better. The pilot was fantastic and put us all at ease, do not miss this if going to Vegas !!!!! Having booked this trip and two other shows through Viator, we didn't have a single problem anywhere and if we go back to America we will be using them again.

From the point of pick-up to the return, this was a truly wonderful time! The limo driver was enthusiastic and informative, as well as, everyone at the airport. The helicopter pilot gave clear and interesting information to us. This was a great way to see the Grand Canyon. The lunch and champagne were served under a canopy which helped with the heat. It was a very well spent time on our trip to LV.

TOPNOTCH! Very professional, from the pre-flight confirmation, RT limo pick-up and drop-off with driver mini-LV info, check-in and our pilot was incredible. The flight was fascinating, the landing at the bottom of the canyon on a beautiful day, having a nicely prepared lunch and being able to take beautiful pictures. The flight included flying over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam for a bird's-eye view. Such an extraordinary experience!

Sorry to have to report that my trip did not go according to plan. I booked on the larger helicopter for the increased view from the rear windows. On arrival at the airport I was informed that I would only be able to travel on the smaller helicopters because of a fault with the original flight. I was offered a refund of the difference in price, full cancellation or to rebook for another day. To rebook for another day was out of the question as we had already pre-programmed our time in Vegas. Complete refund would of meant me not doing one of the trips I needed to do, so this left me with the option of the smaller helicopter. My point being that I could of been informed that the trip had changed through the contact numbers I had given the tour company before being collected by the car and taken to the airport. This would of allowed me the opportunity to check with a competing company if they had the availability of the tour that I was expecting. To finish the pilot was excellent the tour was enjoyed, but due to the way this was handled with me next time I am in Vegas I will be checking the other tour companies out.

The pilot was full of information and a pleasure to fly with. Not happy that the video equipment was not working so as they advertised and consequently paid for, we did not have the personalised video to take home to Australia to show off, very disappointed with the attitude of the people serving behind the Tourist Shop not even a reduction in the price of anything we bought, most upsetting that the video was not reported to us at the beginning.

An absolutely amazing trip, very professional. Full safety procedures gone through prior to departure, pilot put everybody at ease and gave us a very comfortable flight. Only way to see the Canyon in our opinion - forget the skywalk this is the way to see it. Could have had another 15 minutes for lunch to enjoy the scenery but thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish.

An expensive but worthwhile experience. Our lady pilot was knowledgeable and agreeable. The packed lunch provided was acceptable but the time allowed on the ground for the picnic was a bit hurried and we took off before the helicopter which landed prior to us. It would have been better had we landed close to the canyon floor rather that 200 feet up on a ridge which detracted from the impact of the view.
