Morning Maverick Horseback Ride with Breakfast

Las Vegas, United States of America

Wake up bright and early for a horseback ride through the Wild West! Leave the Las Vegas Strip behind for a day on a working ranch - where you will dine on a hearty cowboy breakfast before saddling up for scenic and leisurely horseback ride.

Your friendly and knowledgeable driver will pick you up from select Las Vegas Strip hotels for the 30-minute ride to the ranch at Red Rock National Park, surrounded by stunning red rock mountains and desert.

Upon arrival, dine on an authentic western-style breakfast, including pancakes, choice of bacon, sausage or ham, hash browns, eggs, toast, coffee and orange juice. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the majestic mountain surrounds as the horses are prepared for the trail ride.

Your wranglers will match you with the perfect horse for your ride. All the horses are friendly and tame - perfect for all riding levels. Ride along the same trails used by some of the most infamous outlaws of the American West. The ride is approximately 1 hour.

Keep your camera handy to catch cattle and horses grazing nearby, and if you have a keen eye, you may spot big horn sheep, road runners and jack rabbits.

After your ride, head over to the cowboy town and petting zoo, before being returned to your hotel with plenty of time left in the day to see more of the sights of Las Vegas.

Please Note: This is a single file trail ride. Due to safety regulations, guests are not allowed to run or gallop the horses on the trail.

Very enjoyable, booked as a surprise for my husbands 60th. Really nice breakfast. I rode Holly, lovely horse, but extremely wide, I was very uncomfortable by the end of the 1 hour ride.

We had a great time and the staff was outstanding. My wife had the best time cause I made her dreams come true. This was her first ever on a horse and she enjoyed so much that she wants to come back again on our next visit to Las Vegas. Thank you and God Bless you all. See ya all next time...The Campos Family..

This tour was fantastic! The all the tour guides were great. They were all really friendly, and for those people that were not familiar with horses, they took the time to teach them what they needed to feel comfortable on the horse. The views from Bonnie Springs and on the trail were amazing. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas who is looking to get away from the strip and see the real beauty of the region.

Awesome time start to finish! The guide who picked us up at the hotel was very knowledgeable about the ranch as well as Las Vegas in general. The horseback ride was breathtaking - what views! Definitely recommend! A great way to take a break from the Strip!

Collected promptly from hotel on the strip, spent ages waiting for somebody else at another hotel who had been out the night before and wasn't ready! _br/_ So it was good service for him, not great for the 4 of us in the van though! Breakfast was substantial! _br/_ Trail ride was as you would expect, not for experienced riders, as the horses know the way and all follow each other very closely._br/_ However if you want a nice way to look at the scenery, it was an enjoyable way to spend the morning._br/_ Cold in November though, take gloves with you.

What a great day. Everyone was so helpful - even the horses did as we asked! I would recommend this trip - who know that such beautiful scenery and tranquility existed just thirty minutes from The Strip.

Staff from the ranch were very friendly and helpful. Had a choice of riding before or after a meal at the cafeteria. Everyone in the group decided to go horseback riding first. It was great ride to the amazing Red Rock Canyon Park; the weather was beautiful on the day of the ride which made it enjoyable. Afterwards, the cafe served a wonderful breakfast/lunch. On the return back to the respective hotels, the van broke down on the freeway. Another van arrived in 20 minutes to save us from the wonderful gestures from the drivers. All in all, even with the unfortunate event on the freeway, we still enjoyed the day. One suggestion is to offer different levels of horseback ride.

Horseride was good. Clean well behaved horses, good handlers but you only walk. No trotting or anything extra for slightly more experienced riders. Breakfast was very poor. The other bits around the park were very run down and dissapointing. It all felt tired and shabby.

This was my first horseback riding experience, and what it did was instill a desire to properly learn to ride a horse, well beyond the "follow-the-leader" trail experience. My horse, Dusty, is a playful but very well behaved horse! He knew a beginner when he got one! The trail ride was so much fun!! With only 3 other riders, our tour was intimate and our horses walked through the Red Rock Canyon trails where we saw so much greenery. Who'd have thought that there was so much water just below the surface of that part of the desert? Our lady guide was informative, and knew the canyon very well. She made the trip very interesting with info snippets along the way. The full American breakfast was good. Portions of everything were HUGE! There was a good-sized pond filled with ducks and turtles who know they will be fed by visitors with pellets, and we did not disappoint. The stable had several horses, all healthy and definitely well-fed. The ones who rode are all even-tempered, patient horses. Will definitely do another trail ride with this group, but will do the Sunset Horseback Ride, which I think has 90 minutes of riding.

On our way to the ranch, I could hardly hear what the driver was saying, missed some historical facts, maybe he needs to project his voice so that those seated at the back will hear him. The horseback ride was fun. Will definitely do it again. Thanks to the cowgirl, she made the experience more enjoyable!

Great morning. It was nice to get away from the Strip for a while. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. The horses were calm and luckily for me, mine seemed like it was on auto-pilot. Felt sorry for it half way through when I remembered how many pancakes I had!

Really enjoyed the trip, the breakfast was nice, and the ranch with the Red Rock Canyon in the background offers some fantastic views, There is a petting zoo also to get upclose to some animals. First time on a horse and the ride was very peaceful and the horse's are ideally suited to beginners, the guide's on the ride where fun and made the ride enjoyable, wish it could have been a longer ride! Thoroughly enjoyable trip would definitely visit again when back.

Great experience, great wranglers, great ride! Totally enjoyed it and would totally recommend it. The only thing I would say is please have more vegetarian options - all I got was potatoes, fried egg (no toast with that even). Perhaps add vegetarian sausages and add toast. Otherwise, experience was perfect!

We had a fantastic time, pick up guy was v friendly, even lent me his jacket for the treck as the weather was freakishly cold. The wranglers were great, dug the 'cowboy' was brill and had a good laugh with. The lunch was delicious, we had the burger and it was one of the best meals we had in Vegas. Thanks for a brill treck.... next time tho will go for the longer treck so can get bit more adventurous. *****

An excellent all round experience. We started our day with a really tasty breakfast and after a very casual walk around the ranch, commenced our ride into the Red Rocks. The scenery was stunning, horses very well behaved and our tour guide was informative and attentive to the needs of us first time riders. An experience we would definately want to do again.

It was a really good day out, an hour long ride with food afterwards which was nice. After the ride you got a little wild west show and a walk around the petting zoo. The staff were really helpful and friendly and answered all questions without hesitation. The only thing I would say is that on the horse ride you only walk, so either for them to have a higher level ride you can choose with a faster pace, or a two hour ride around the desert.

Wonderful experience. On time pick up and the "wrangler" tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. The guides for the ride were wonderful as well. Overall a delightful experience. The only thing I could see as a drawback is that the description on the website in no way described the wonderment of the trip. It was fabulous. Thank you.

Forget the Western Town, Zoo and breakfast, enjoy a lovely hike in an amazing setting. All staff were very helpful. A lovely bunch of people on the trip, majority had never rode a horse before.

The ride itself was really good and we enjoyed it and would do it again. The breakfast served was almost to much to finish and was quite good, on the other hand the petting zoo left some to be desired, although the animals looked cared for the place was run down and shabby and there were not many animals allowed to be petted.

The kids loved this trip, from the huge tasty breakfast they couldn't finish to the horse ride, which they thought too short, to the little zoo and the cowboy town. The lad who took us to and from the ranch and then around it was great.
