Went to MGM as instructed and no one could direct you to the shopping place. Apparently it was change to the other end of MGM. Waste so much time no one seems to know.

Had major problems getting thi voucher validated. Best place is MGM , where the bus departs from. My daughter was thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed the bargains she bought

The outlet was not as big as I was expecting but they had eveything that I wanted at very god prices. The directions to collect the tickets were not clear enough for the MGM. You need to go through the main entrance and then take the escalator on the right down to the lower level with the shops.

We were given 4 time slots the shuttle left from miracle mile. However there is only one per day which missed from this spot. All the areas to board the shuttle at MGM and miracle mile are hard to find

excellent shopping complex ,lay out is great, shops are fantastic and savings are enormous.shuttle service to and from was great and the driver was very informative. recommend this experience to anyone going to vegas.

A useful side-trip for a Las Vegas visit if you're really craving some additional shopping, and are a bit maxed by the high-end boutiques found inside the casinos. A nice selection of stores and eateries. A shame that the advertised schedules and the complimentary Mrs. Fields coffee and cookie were not in evidence on the day.

Not worth visiting. A very boring trip due to the fact that several shops have closed down and in fact there are more shops to see in the strip outlets than there were going miles away.

The ride was smooth and the flexibility of timing was ideal for us. My compliments to the driver on the return trip for being jovial and emphasizing safety for the ride.

Only negative comment I would make about this was the lack of specific details to locate the shuttle desk at MGM Grand hotel. It's not so much MGM's lack of signage but my voucher's details. On the voucher, it said to meet at the shuttle desk but it failed to advise WHERE the shuttle desk is located at in the hotel ie at the Shoppe Lane, etc. Since there are several entrances to MGM, it should not be assumed that people would enter at the reception area. It took us more than 10 minutes to locate the shuttle desk and we had to ask a few hotel employees for directions which ultimately meant we missed our intended departure and had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus.
