This was the most amazing experience. The horses were so responsive and the wranglers were very friendly so we were immediately at ease. This is a brilliant trip even for people who have never ridden. The food was good and the steak was cooked to individual preference. The dogs were great fun to watch and I even got to hold a 7 day old goat who was just sooo cute! Worth every penny. Biggest thanks to Goliath and Julie our horses!

This was a worderfull ride, our guides were verry friendly, and it is verry easy even for 1st time riders._br/_ Not only was the scenery wondefull (although they could clean up the few debreas along the way) and watching the sunset was just magical, but the food and the camfire was great._br/_ Even after the ride we were never rushed to leave the ranch, in fact we stayed more than one hour just seating by the capfire, joking around and sharing stories with the "cowboys", while watching the stars.

I had a wonderful time with everyone. The horses were perfect for the job, for both myself who rides to a first timer. Although we took a gentle amble through the stunning trail, I didn't mind as the company was great and views were absolutly stunning. As the sun went down the whole place became magical. Thanks to Dave especially, who escorted us to and from our hotels and provided a brilliant and wholesome meal on our return. Chatting around the camp-fire afterwards was a fitting end to a great experience.

fantastic trip - night time is clearly the best time to go. Food was fantastic but the crowning glory was the toasting of marshmallows round an open fire. FANTASTIC

My husband and I had a great time. We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel on time. The food served after the ride was good (steak, chicken, beans, corn, bread, etc) - great for the picky eater. The horses were well cared for, and the wranglers tried to match the horses with experience level. The horses are trail horses - they stick to the path, stay close to the horses in front of them so it's great for people without much riding experience. The views at sunset were awesome - true colors of the red rock mountains and desert.

went to pick up a couple three (yes 3) times when they could not be found at their hotel which ended up adding over a half an hour sitting in the van making us late for our date with the horses. Once there though we had a lot of fun and staff were great.

Relaxing trail ride and the best diner you are going to have in Vegas. If you go in the summer when it has been really dry and hot, they will not be able to have the camp fire.

I highly recommend this tour. The trail leaders were excellent and full of stories about the desert that they clearly love. The views and wildlife were amazing but the real draw for me was the horses. My horse Buttermilk was a little sleepy but very friendly and a ton of fun to ride. After the ride, the dinner and roping practice were a great way to wind down. The driver/cook was excellent and on time, a master on the grill as well! The steaks were juicy and well seasoned. If you're looking for a great time getting to know the animals that have helped us become the civilizations that we are and seeing the beautiful desert landscape then take this tour!

An excellent experience and outstanding value for money. Caesar and his father looked after us all very well during the ride into the sunset whilst Tommy provided what was probably the best steak I had during my 3 week stay in Las Vegas. I will certainly be recommending this activitie to others. Thank you

Great tour! Our cowboy guides were awesome and the horses were really good. My 8 year old loved being out in the desert on the horse...a good hour and a bit ride. Definitely recommend this tour, especially with kids. The food was good but I would recommend the chicken as the cut of steak was not great. Good value and a nice change of pace from the Vegas Strip.

Horseback ride was really good! Went with my Fiance who was a first time rider, and a little scared, and she loved it! Horses are very well trained and no trouble. Very relaxing and great scenery. But my favourite part was the awesome outback dinner! After travelling for a few weeks, it was a very nice tasty meal. Don't eat a big lunch that day! Highly recommended.

Cold food, dirty cuttlery, no cattle herding and no campfire experience and trip 1-2 hours shorter than should have been. Very dissappointing and greatly overpriced.

Great fun on the ride but the mini bus ride to the ranch was a bit wild I think they need a new bus as the back wheel seemed like it was falling off!

Very good trip, amazing ride through the desert. Only down side was the small amount of time on the ride itself compared to the time spent getting to and from the location. Would recommend to anyone interested in a desert trek on horseback though.

This ride was advertised as having cattle penning as part of the attraction. It doesn't. You may wish to review your advert as it is very misleading. The only ranch that does this is the Sandy Valley Ranch.

Went on this ctivity in late January 2011. We were picked up from our hotel on the Strip right on time. Took out to place called Bonnie Springs Motel / ranch which was about 30-40 minutes from the strip. Enjoyed the hours horse ride which was in a beautiful setting in red rock mountain area..there was only the 2 of us riding.

This was amazing and something I would surely recommend and do again, we had such a brilliant evening doing this as it was both our 1st time ever riding a horse. We were also lucky to be a party of a very small group which made it even more personal. Our guides were very friendly wish we had more time that evening to spend with them as they were great. The barbecue was most enjoyable one of the best meals I had on my 3 week tour in the US (only regret was I never asked what the barbecue sauce was called to purchase and bring back to the UK) this was worth every penny.

The guides were knowledgeable and personable - biggest objection is that it was a trail ride just like I get at home - they don't want you to run at all, you are supposed to just sit on the horse without even bothering with the reins. They had four hands for 9 people - they could have split the group into experienced and not - would have made it a lot more fun for the riders in the group (4 of us)

Worlds apart from the bustling neon streets of Vegas, I would recommend this fantastic evening more than anything else we did on our trip. I had never ridden a horse previously but thoroughly enjoyed the ride through the spectacular desert scenery. Our guides were the perfect hosts and served up a delicious meal for an amazing end to an evening Ill never forget!

The pick-up was punctual, the driver friendly and chatty. The venue was disappointing. There was no "ranch style house" as per the description. It couldn't have been any further from the truth! The amenities were a horse corral, wooden hut, two tables and benches with the BBQ and a port-a-toilet which was absolutely disgusting. More worrying was the fact that the toilet and the BBQ were less than 10 feet away from one another! On arrival we were left hanging around for 15 minutes; it would have been nice for someone to do an introduction. We were paired up with a horse, then a brief explanation of how to control the horses was given. The ride itself was long enough in duration, however, narration along the way would have made the ride more interesting, perhaps some history of the surrounding area. The guides were friendly, but their lack of English made communication difficult. However, the food was actually quite worth waiting for. There was steak, corn, rolls, baked potatoes, sour cream, bacon and beans and for desert the apple pie we were promised on the tour description. There was no time pressure on when we were expected to return, the driver waited for us quite patiently and then safely returned us to our respective hotels. Overall, I did enjoy the afternoon. As a horse owner I was pleased to see that the horses were well looked after. However, I was disappointed with the misleading description given on the Viator website, as the actual venue did not live up to the expectations given. It is a good job I have been around horses for a while and realise that sanitation is not always high on the agenda, because even I was disgusted with the state of the toilet facilities!

I had such a great time at my horseback riding tour on Tuesday. The staff was super nice. The food was great! And they made us feel like we were at home. The horses were well trained and the Cowboys were very informative and taught beginners how to ride with ease and confidence. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone. I enjoyed it and it seemed as though everyone who was there did as well.
