When I called to confirm the transfer, I told them I didn't plan on bringing my daughters infant car seat and could they please provide one. I was told No problem, we have it noted. However, when they showed up at the airport, they had no car seat for my daughter. The company was promptly waiting for us when at the airport and were easy to find, however I felt the company was a little flaky or disorganized.

The welcome was fine, but it took a while for the car to arrive and then the driver would not take us to our destination, but only close to it. This service is fine if you are staying in a hotel, but it may be a problem if you are staying in an apartment.

We booked this private transfer for our family of 7 prior to departure to Lisbon. This proved to be a dependable, affordable and hassle-free alternative for our transport from Lisbon airport to our hotel in Lisbon. Our driver, who was both friendly and professional, met us on arrival holding a sign with our name. This was most welcoming, considering Lisbon's airport's inefficiency and needlessly long wait getting through the international passport and security lines. Highly recommended!

Our driver was waiting for us, and everything went smoothly. The only confusing part was that the confirmation said that I had to reconfirm prior to arrival, so I had to pay for a call to Portugal for a service for which I was already billed in order to ensure that someone would be there to pick us up.

Did not drop us off the hotel entrance. We have to cross the street to get to our hotel door. We particularly pick the "private transfer" service so we can have the comfort of reaching our destination without dragging our bags on the street.

The driver was not there when I exited the customs area. I saw the sign with my name, which was taped to the railing facing the exit doors, but no driver to be found. So I had to call the international number from my US roaming mobile. The person that answered had to call me back with instructions. Got a call back to wait in front of the tourist info booth and the driver would "find" us. Needless to say, it was quite frustrating having to wait around to be "found". The driver finally "found" us and we were escorted to the car. To be fair, the driver was very courteous, and the ride to the hotel went smoothly. Too bad we got off on the wrong foot.
