It was nice to have someone pick us up with no issues. The only recommendation I would make is if you make a reservation for more than one person, make sure to do it individually. Viator was able to reissue a new Transfer pass so no problem there.

When we got out from custom, the company's agent Vanessa was already waiting for us with my name printed big enough on a copy on their hands so we could easily spotted where our driver were. We were happy with warm welcomes. The team worked so well, driver and agents took care of our heavy luggages - pushed our carts, loading and unloading. We had a pleasant drive. Good job, guys!
