When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your London Docklands or London City accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. We were delayed over 2 hours in customs upon arrival at Heathrow airport.. the driver waited and was extremely helpful taking us to our Hotel. The return tripHeathrow from our Hotel 4 days later was a treat as the driver we had was again very prompt friendly as well as professional, In both pick up and return to Heathrow the traveling vans were clean and safe. Car was a little bit dirty and the company also forgot to come and pick us up after confirming the pick up time the day before. However when we rang to find out where the driver was the company sent somone to pick us up and we still arrived at the airport in plenty of time.

The departure transfer was perfect. The driver called the hotel because he was going to be a few minutes late which was very considerate. He did arrive about 15 minutes late but managed to get us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He was also very courteous.

we had ordered a private transfer and were shocked that we had to make a stop to pick up an additional passenger at another hotel. the driver told us we had to wait 20 minutes and then i dug out my voucher and informed the driver that i had paid for a private transfer. he asked for my voucher and then called into the office and after a few minutes they said it was a clerical error. we then proceeded on with our "private transfer". Nice driver - totally different experience from our arrival transfer. clean cab and pleasant commentary from central London to Gatwick.

Trip and pick-up was okay but rating poor as infant car seats were booked and reconfirmed twice but were not in car despite this. Driver seemed unconcerned at this oversight saying only that it "wasn't his fault"

Excellent !! I used Orbitz when I got to NYC. It was a disaster. Won't use Orbitz again. Paid them in advance and then ended up getting a taxi. Couldn't get them on the phone to where I could hear nor understand them. Foreign accents too much for me, an old man. Raing: 5 star
