Numbers are maximum 25 people per capsule and you'll appreciate the personalized attention from your champagne host. And by booking ahead, you won't waste any time waiting in line!

All guests receive a free mini guide to help you spot the famous London landmarks including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.

The flight on the London Eye lasts for approximately 30 minutes, the time it takes for the London Eye to revolve completely. All capsules are fully air-conditioned and rotate on a special device designed to keep everyone upright as the wheel makes a slow but progressive revolution.

If you wish to see the 4D Experience before your visit, we recommend you arrive 30-40 minutes before your visit time. You will need to return to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled visit time. Alternatively visit at your leisure afterwards.

Children will be served delicious fruit juice along with in-flight pack and binoculars.

Eye experience was great. However, it almost was a disaster. Did not have email or phone access and did not know I had to make a call to Eye and reconfirm. When I booked with Viator I expected for all those details to be taken care of.

Wish I could give this one 100 stars!! It is pricey, but absolutely worth every penny! Our group was very small, and all "mature" adults like my husband and I, only about 12 of us altogether. Most of the other cars were jam packed with people. We were able to walk freely about the car and look out all the windows without bumping in to anyone. All while sipping a glass of champagne! We did this event on our first day in London and it really set the tone for our visit. It was so wonderful. Our reservation also allowed us to skip the queue. Highly, highly recommend this package, especially if it is your first time in London, like it was for us. A magical experience!

Make sure you check-in by phone at least 24hrs before. It was really disappointing to find out that the eye was closed for a private function after totally planning the first night of our honeymoon around this. We re-booked for the next night and enjoyed it but honestly most of the shine was taken off by our "confirmed" booking being cancelled without any notification.

I gave this venue a four star as the London Eye was fantastic. However, I had reviewed the weather very carefully, and as the sun was to be shinning at 12:00 noon, that is the time I booked the trip for. However, when we went to present our "on-line ticket from Viator" we were met with "oh no" when asked what was wrong, we were told that we should have called and reserved our tickets ahead of time. Nothing on the website nor the tickets explained that we had to call London to confirm our tickets. Thankfully, they had an opening at 1:00 P.M. which we were able to get on, however, it was very cloudy by then and we were unable to see a great deal of the landscape.

Do the London Eye but don't bother with the champagne it is not worth the extra cost. There was 20 or so of us in the group and it took the attendant sooo long to pour us all a glass that I had to scull most of mine to finish it before we got off. There was no time for romantic clinking and toasting our 25th anniversary.

This was a trip well worth doing. This day was the hottest ever recorded in London, skipping the long queue was a bonus, the Champagne was refreshing and the pods are air-conditioned so it really helped combat the heat. The views are amazing from all levels, if you're lucky enough to have a clear day, I presume it makes the trip even more spectacular. I would definately recommend this pre-booked trip, our line up was very small compared to the regular line and we boarded very quickly.

Well worth the money spent as there were no long queues and there were less than 15 pax in each cabin. Champagne were served chilled, the host was great in helping us take pictures and explain some of the landmarks of London as seen from the London Eye. Overall experience was great! I would absolutely recommend everyone to just splurge on the Champagne experience to avoid the queues (it was really really long)

Great experience for my family of five. It was truly an "experience" and time saver. We received a personal escort and tour guide. There were approx 13-15 travelers in total which made the trip intimate. Highly recommended.

Certainly a pleasant experience on the London Eye._br/_ There were eight on our tour and the tour person was very attentive, taking photos for those in the group. Only one glass of champafne was allowed!! we were told that he has to throw any left over out...what a waste._br/_ It was goodto get an orientation of the London Eye area as this is where we were staying.

They were so nice at the Eye as we were trying to get a sunset time and the day we picked turned out to be quite cloudy. They worked with us to get our reservation changed no problem. We got to skip the line and only had Champagne Experience people in our car, much less than the regular trip. We could move around and everyone was helping taking pictures of each other. It was really nice. I was so busy taking photos that I didn't get to spend as much romantic time with my wife!

Make sure when you check in at the counter for the ride to insure that the correct ticket is issued. There was a trainee and this resulted in the wrong ticket being issued. However they were quick to rectify the problem. NICE view.

Awesome! We had some confusion when getting our tickets and ended up having to take a later trip than we originally had planned, but it ended up working out to our benefit as only one other couple had signed up for that time. We ended up having an almost private capsule, the views were spectacular and we didn't have to juggle around to try to get a picture or anything. The champagne was the perfect touch!
