Hi really enjoyed this boat trip. Was very informative and entertaining. Well worth the money. We chose the first cruise of the day and it was quiet. Definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable. Very attentive to wheelchair; good lift although not aware of disabled toilets but having said that we had no need so did not look for any!

I would reccomend this company. London Eye was great - just went around too quickly! I'd have liked more time so I could look for more landmarks. No problem with getting ticket with my computer voucher on arrival at all. The cruise was also very nice but it was a beautiful day and all of us would rather have been able to be outside to really be able to see around us, so the enclosed boat was a little disappointing. (I realize this is London, however, so enclosed would be the way to go on many days.) The cruise also would be more fun it if was longer instead of turning around - like have 2 places to start and stop.

Took us a little time to locate place to show voucher but once done everything was fine. no line for us on London Eye, were told we could go at any time during the day. Cruise was also fine but had a specific time attachment. Not a problem lots to see at Waterfront. Lunched at a great Japonese restaurant Ozu right there. Highly recommend.

Very good and nice experience. Everything worked well with pre-booking and skipping opportunity of the London eye queue was worth of having it. Will recommend.

The eye was wonderful and we had no problem. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to do the cruise as we had a show to go to and the lines were too long. But it was entirely our fault for not pacing ourselves properly.

I think Thames cruise should be the first thing to do in London. We couldn't have decided something more reasonable. We really enjoyed although it was a bit crowded.

Amazing! A must-do! If you buy the pre-paid tickets don't get caught up waiting in the long line to get into the ticket building. Just go straight to front door and tell the guy you have pre-paid tickets you need to pick up. It will save you 45 min standing in line.

We actually went on both the city cruise and London Eye cruise. It's the same, but the London eye cruise narrator was more experienced, informative, and understandable.

Again "Skip the Line" is really worth the price. The usual line must have been 45 to 60 minutes long, but with skip the line, we were on in 15 minutes. Great views from the EYE.

We did not understand the itinerary. We had been to London before and at that time the London Eye did not operate river cruises. This does not get you on the London Eye itself but rather a boat cruise from the new London Eye dock . The writeup should clearly state that you do not get on the London Eye itself. This was somewhat disappointing.

Personally I was a little scared, I just didn't like the all glass but there was a bench which I stayed on for the whole trip. For people who aren't scared I think it was fun.

We went in February, so the crowds were light. Once we checked in, we walked right on. It was a great way to see the city. There was even a food court nearby with a variety of food.

Thought this was a hoot! On a clear day, it is an incredible view of all of London. Luckily, it was a clear day in London when I rode the EYE. The queue moved quickly if you get there early. I did see the line grow and grow between 11:00am to about 5:00pm. The operators place just the right amount of people in each capsule. Quite nice. Plenty of moving about space and even a bench for those who need to sit during the 45 minute ride.
