Your day starts with a private tour of the Tower of London, led by your very own Beefeater. Leading you into this World Heritage site before it opens to the public, your Beefeater will take you to Traitors' gate, the Crown Jewels in the Jewel House, the Scaffold site and Torture exhibition.

Departing the Tower, you'll head to the Mall to watch the Changing of the Guard ceremony. When the Changing of the Guard is not held, you'll see Buckingham Palace and visit the Horse Guards Parade instead.

I saw a lot less than I expected. There were no tours inside the monuments. We only saw the Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral passing on the bus. There was no traditional pub lunch, in fact there was no lunch at all. It took a lot less than 8 hours, but I paid a lot just to ride on the bus.

Worst tour- guide knew little of the organization for the day including where the "private boat tour" would start or where to catch the local river ferry- no notice of where the bus was parked, we were left at a shop despite telling the guide we were caught with eftpos issues, all our bags, phones were on the bus, caught up and no apology poor local knowledge some guests received special individual treatment most were treated as sheep.

The tour was great, but I, along with another party, was expecting to be picked up at our hotels because that was part of our package during online booking. Make sure you check this. The information online isn't accurate. We did not get picked up nor did others and that was part of the reason why I booked this as it was convenient. We had to jump into a cab to Victoria Coach Station at the last minute after we had our concierge call the company. Also, you do not go into Buckham Palace. I think the information online is misleading. You only walk around it, which we had already done. The boat right, London Eye and St. Paul's were great. The coach bus and tour guide were wonderful. It is worth doing, but you should know about our experience regarding pick-up and Buckingham Palace. Also same with Westminster Abbey. Again, you don't go inside. You only walk around the exterior of the building.

My London Full-Day Sightseeing Tour with Harrods afternoon tea was cancelled on me at the very last minute (tour company to blame, not Viator). It was replaced by the England in One Day Trip, the only tour available at that time. The England in One Day Trip was actually very pleasant. The tour guide was very knowledgable and made the last minute change quite enjoyable. Stonehenge, Bath, Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon were pleasantly interesting and fun.

We loved every minute of it! The climax of our tour was tea at Harrods. There were so many delicious sweets and sandwiches. I would have liked to visit Westminster Cathedral but there was such a long line-up and little time. Overall, it was very interesting and the guide gave us lots of interesting information too. Thanks to all - I gladly recommend it to all.

The tour was excellent, we saw a good part of London's main attractions. Damian, the tour guide, was very informative. I would only suggest that the tour leader advises everyone on board to stick to their initial seats to avoid arguments along the way. Picked up from the hotel. Afternoon tea at Harrods was the perfect ending to such a brilliant day. Well done Viator!

Great tour overall with nice tour guide Jason. Eat something before you go so you can skip the disgusting lunch spot that they drop you off of that you pay yourself. Save your appetite for Harrod's - which was a nice experience where you'll fill up on bit sized pastries and sandwiches. We were lucky enough to see the changing of the guard. Lots of stuff in a full day. Excellent tour overall.

Three of us were collected from our hotel (which was not one of their specified ones) on time and taken to the start point for the days tour. Our guide for the day was lovely and chatty and well organised. He gave us a free reign at some locations with a meeting time which suited us well. Westminster Abbey was not available so they arranged a viewing at St Pauls Cathedral and what a bonus that was. _br/_ Our guide managed to late book us for the Harrods high tea end to the tour which was excellent of him. Sadly Harrods is a bit tired._br/_ We have done 12 tours in 6 cities recently and this one was one of the better ones. Highly recommend.

The sites on the tour were good although only having about 1/2 hour at Dover was not long enough. The negatives about the tour was the disorganization to get started. We left about 1/2 to 3/4 hour after the time they said we would leave. Delays like that cut into the time we had to see the sites which was already limited. Also the tour ended at the London Eye and we had to find our own way back to our hotel. We felt rather abandoned in such a large city.

Pick up was 10 minutes late then we had to wait in our mini bus for a changeover to a coach to take us to Victoria because a driver wanted the mini bus for private use at the weekend. We also had to wait at Victoria for people that didn't turn up. This made our tour late and didn't have very long in the Tower of London. Damien the tour guide was very informative and interesting the tour was good. Tower of London very interesting, plenty of time to see the different sites. We had the optional Afternoon Tea at Harrods which was very enjoyable you have to sit on a large table with the rest of your party we were expecting a table for two. Good value for money.

The terminal was overcrowded with no one instructing us where to go. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, however with 50 people on the tour we had a terrible time trying to hear what he was saying, especially in the cathedral. Also, it was nice to be picked up at our hotel, but it was disappointing not to be taken back to it at the end of the tour.

We felt we spent way too much time in the bus and in traffic which left less time for seeing the sights. The tour guide was OK although he seemed more worried about closed streets than telling us about the city.

London was great but this tour started out late and was a disappointment. We did not get alone viewing of the crown jewels and we did not get a guide. We did not get to see the changing of the guards again because we were late. We did a lot of waiting around then a rush to finish the tour.

The local guide, Jason, was EXCELLENT. He and the driver went out of their way to drive from point A to point B a separate way so that we saw as much as possible. He gave a live commentary as we drove and shared alot of local informationstories. This was a good tour to do as soon as I arrived as the guide was able to give out information on sites we drove by and whether or not it was worth visiting. He also shared tipstricks on how to beat the crowds.

My husband and I very much enjoyed this tour. We were in London for a brief time and needed a tour that allowed us to see the highlights in a condensed period of time. This tour served that purpose perfectly. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The only criticism I have is that the bus terminal where we are all dropped off after our hotel pickup is quite chaotic. It was not clear where we needed to go, and the name of the tour on our ticket did not match the name used by the tour operator at the terminal gates. Once we found our way and got on the tour bus, however, all went smoothly.

Superb. Our guide was the beast I have ever had! He loved history and drama and so he acted out verses of famous playwrights and poets and made history easily understood. We were first at the Tower of London and the whole day covered so much of London. A great way to start a visit.

The tour took you to all of the sites you would want to see in London. It was a very extensive and exhaustive tour, but well worth it. Shame the lunch stop meal wasn't included in the total price.

If you want to see London in 1 day, this is an excellent tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lunch at the pub was fabulous. We had lots of time at all the stops. There were washrooms and time for a coffeetea and shopping. This was my favourite tour on my vacation.
