Did not get on tour at the start - guide was rude and uninformative - Harrods lunch was good. Did not see enough of London - was a waste of money for what we got

I am only giving this one star because the ONLY good thing out of this trip was a nice train ride. We were rushed and everything was a big fuss. We were not even given time to use the facilities throughout the day. The tour guide insisted we did not want to see the changing of the guard because it was all just a big fuss and it would be disappointing. Lunch at Harrods was only two courses, good luck if you are NOT a meat eater, that's all you get. Oh and make sure you find your way back to the train station yourself or buy an underground pass. They FAIL to inform you of that.

Terrible no assigned seats coming back from London as indicated. The tour in London was messed up and we hardly got a tour of London

AWFUL! Guide in Paris was late and we almost missed our departing train. Eurostar very uncomfortable. Met in London and put into a minivan and linked up with the double decker bus tour 1 1/2 hours late. Missed a good part of the bus tour. While on the bus tour unable to stop and take pictures at London Tower or of bridge and big ben. Put onto a 10+ minute catamaran boat tour on the Thames which was over crowded, dirty and still unable to take pictures. Got to see changing of guard in a rush then did not get to continue bus tour - was put on the minivan again and dropped off at Harrods, told to go to the 4th floor for our lunch. No transportation provided back to Eurostar at end of day. Just given a packet with some tube and bus maps and told to figure it out.

We were picked up at the train station, however she did not have transportation to get us to Tower of London. we took a taxi and paid ourself. I was told that I will be reimbursed via credoit card. Tour guide at Tower of London was most informative, we were given time to tour on our own.Deeply disappointed that we did not see Changing of Guards; thats one reason I went with this tour.The Thames River and Bus tour were good. We were done by 12:30 PM , It would have been nice to have joined the rest of the tourist the rest of the afternoon.We felt lost afer we were dropped off at Trafalgar Square.

It was great to see London for the day, however I think this newer tour offering still needs the "bugs" worked out. Greeting service at EuroStar was prompt. Seats on EuroStar were not good. Would have preferred if I had booked my own trip and chosen my own coach seats. We were assigned a four-top table with two strangers which was a very uncomfortable situation. Woud recommend parties of two be booked in side by side seats rather than 4-tops. The transport to the tour company was fine in the morning. The guide and tour were great. The tour ended at 1pm and I thought at some point after free time we would be transported back to the train station. That was not the case. We asked for a map or some directions on how to get back to the train station, but only got general verbal information. I think to make this tour worth it, there needs to be transport back to EuroStar.

The only place we really saw was the tower of london...walked around, etc. and the guards at buckingham palace. The tour way basically a drive by...didn't even walk inside westminster abbey...I would have liked to see more and explained that it was basically driving. We wouldn't recommend this tour.
