I was the most disappointed with The London Pass. The distance between attractions was big and there was no easy way to get from one point to the other. We used the tube, but that too a lot of time and energy and you really couldn't get the most out of your day, as the attractions were so far apart. I used the Paris Pass in October and was completely happy with it, which is why I did The London Pass. I would NEVER use this again. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone. It was a complete waste of my money. My son is going to London in May and I was going to make arrangements for The London Pass for him, but will not do it now. I was not happy with this at all. I was very disappointed.

The London Pass saved us so much time and money. Definitely purchase the transportation option! The book itself is full of helpful information and lists the transit stops for each attraction. This book is worth every penny and then some!

Very disappointing! We paid for 1 day London Pass. Me and my husband visited St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London and the Zoo. When we tried to use the same card on the same day on Wembley Stadium, they told us that it has no credit!! Had to pay for Wembley tour for me and my husband. I will never recommend this to anyone.

We loved the London Pass. There is such a variety of places to see all included in the one price. We liked not doling out pounds here and there, was much more like an exclusive club. The ONLY drawback was the initial trial of finding the location where we could exchange the voucher, we purchased on line for the card. The building is on a side street downstairs and rather difficult to find. We spent too much time hunting for it. Hopefully, there will be a better way soon to collect the pass. We had the same problem with the Paris Pass. However, once you get the pass it is easy to use and lots of fun to plan each days excursions. We would definitely purchase again. Thanks for the great visit!

Too expensive for the little we used it, but was most helpful where some of the lines were long.

Was great for ease of use. We included the metro ticket for zones 1-6. As everything took so long to get to we barely used the london pass but found the metro ticket invaluable.

I wish that I could give this a great review but given my personal experience I cannot. I purchased the London Pass with the Travel Card. Unfortunately, though the London Pass was wonderful, the Travel Card I was given by the vendor in London had been fraudulently restamped without my knowledge. I ended up being detained at one of the meto stations for over an hour. The people who helped me were very nice. I did not get into any legal trouble and was able to get a replacement Travel Card but it was still a terrible experience. So the London Pass itself was great but if I had to do it again I would have just waited to buy the Travel Card from one of the metro ticketing agents. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.

The pass itself was good however the pickup place was very difficult to find and we wasted half the day trying to find it. So if you are in town for a very short time like we were I would say to skip it not worth the money. We were only able to use it for the Tower of London and the Thames river cruise everything else was closed after that

I think these passes are a better idea if travelling independently. Access to attractions are good if you have not taken any other tours...we did and it meant that the passes were only used for one or two entries so it was expensive....the underground tickets were great and the best value and saving. The guide book was informative and helpful with a good map at the back.

My friend and I could have gotten away without buying the pass since there is so much to do that is free and we only had two days in London. If our trip had been longer, the pass may have been more valuable to us. However, we purchased the travel card in conjunction and this proved to be invaluable to us! No worries about zones or having to change from tube to bus- it was perfect!

We didn't get the full usage of our pass...our schedule and days we were there conflicted with the opening and closing of some of the attractions. Think it does have some good usage.

Avoid the London Pass. Many of the activities listed are well outside of central London and would take a full day eg. Wembley, Wimbledon.. Also many of the things that you would like to expeience are not included, eg London Eye, Wax Works, Clink Museum and many more. Also some facilities closed eg HMS Belfast and Royal Albert. You are certainly much better to pay as you go. If you manage to get from it more value than it costs then well done !!_br/_ Also don't expect to skip many quequs - in some cases being a Pass holder will force you to join a different line which includes those wishing to pay by cc - the cash queue moves much qiucker.

Found that so many of the places were free but did get audio systems in museums for free or a current exhibition. I would review the pass very carefully to see if it really was worth it for you. Unfortunately, I think in my case, it was a waste of money.

It's good to allow you access into attractions around London. The only drawback is that we also purchased the pass with the travel and we were restricted to only use the metro outside of peak hours. Ideally you want to get to some of the attractions early and the metro wouldn't allow it.

overall great pass especially the travel pass, just check where you want to visit before you buy pass as a lot of places are free or not that expensive so ensure that you get your value for money

No denying the value and ease of purchase with the London Pass. The value certainly lies with the admission to the multitude of attractions in London. Skip the travel card option, though. The cards aren't "swipe-able" at the Metro turnstiles (requires travelers to see an attendant at each entry/exit) and depending on the age of your kids, riding the Metro is free anyway.

We loved this pass! It had pretty much everything we wanted to see, and the Travel Card makes getting around super convenient. We didn't end up getting the package with the Travel Card - and because of that we ended up buying the Travel Card from the Tube anyway - so my one bit of advice for travelers would be to go ahead and get the Pass with the Travel Card - you won't regret it! An All Day Travel Card from the Tube is a little more expensive than what you'd pay here if you got the Travel Card through the site.

This pass is great but you need to really make the most of each day to get the most of it!_br/_ It has meant the we have not needed to carry as much money on us at any time. No need to fumble for money for transport and no need to queue to get admissions. It has taken a lot of the hassle out of the holiday and allowed more time to enjoy the attractions

this is best for the young and energetic who can really make use of the value - for those who are less energetic it's best to get the three-day pass if you have enough time ..you don't enjoy the place when you try to see so much on a limited time - you should at least visit three sites a day to make use of this pass ..._br/_ we got the two day pass - on the first day used it to go to Hampton Court/Wimbledon - we were supposed to go to Kensington Palace but were too tired we decided to go back to our hotel - advice to those who are going to wimbledon - it was quite a walk from the tube station so it's best to take the bus which will drop you right in front of the gate - also check the sked for the tour of wimbledon - on the day that we went the last guided tour was 1430 so we were only able to see the museum ....

London Pass was value for money, especially with the accompanying travel pass. The opportunity to plan your visits meant you needed to get your pass early, but well worth it. Entry and guides to venues were well used by us and the use of the Tube and the River Cruise meant we saw more of London than we could have imagined.

The pass was a last minute addition to our travel plans and booked too late for home delivery. Picking up at 10am when the 'shop' opened did not leave enough time to get the full benefit of the pass when returning home on the same day in the early evening. Bad mistake as we were definitely out of pocket. Much better would have been to pick up the pass the day before but our visit got us to London after the 'shop' had closed. As it's unlikely that I will repeat the experience, this information won't benefit me in the long run but it will others.

Worthwhile purchase but we could have made better use of the London Pass with better planning. The travel passes are great and the Underground is simple to use. Entrance to the attractions, especially the Tower, was included and all very straight forward.

I had the 6 day pass and like eating at a buffet I made sure I well and truly got my monies worth. The accompanying book is VERY helpful with closest metros and basic road directions etc. It's great so that if you go into one site and you don't particularly like it you can just walk out without feeling you've wasted your money - there are so many to choose from....

The London Pass was one of the best things we bought on our Europe Trip. We were able to skip most lines and got the Travel Pass as well. It was extremely convenient. We got food poisoning on our first day of London so we weren't able to use it for a day, but the second day due to the pass we were able to see a lot more than if we didn't have it. So I highly recommend it.
