Our driver was at the airport waiting for us holding a sign. We were coming in to London at a heavy traffic time, but he got us to our hotel quickly and expertly. He was very nice and very informative.

Once we finally connected with the driver, very good. (It took a very long time to come through customs so we were afraid that the driver had left us.) After an all-night flight, we were very glad to have comfortable transportation to the hotel. Definitely worth the expense.

Being my first time in London this made it easy once I had gotten off the plane. The service was wonderful and cheaper then a cab. However, the driver was late but I still managed to find him so it was ok in the end.

Best way to get from Gatwick into London, it was and houyr and 1/2 ride due to traffic and a cab would have cost a fortune. Driver was waiting with our name on the sign, everything went smooth

This review gets a 4 star as I liked the driver a lot. Otherwise, the driver, Omar was late. He went to another Think Hotel and was 30 minutes past pickup time. He profusely apologized although, whose fault it was, I don't know....the office or his. Anyway, it wasn't too bad as we got to the airport well in advance. Omar was an interesting person to talk to and I would have liked to talk to him more.

I was very satisfied with the service. The driver was outside with my name and we were at the hotel within 40minutes. One of my friends was not picked up on time. She called the office and waited 2 hours for the pick-up. Don't know what happened?

The transfer was not on time on the Terminal and then he was very rude arguing that we had two suitcases and what we had was a carry on suitcase and regular suitcase that it was what was on the description of the services.

If you are debating whether to take a taxi, public transportation, or viator, this is the BEST option! As soon as we got off our long flight, the transportation was waiting for us on time and the entire trip went smoothly. We arrived at our destination on time and safely and our driver was great! UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE! ARRIVED AT AIRPORT AT 11:35 AM. FINALLY GOT TO HOTEL AT 4:50 PM. DRIVER WAS VERY LATE FOR PICKUP THEN WAITED ANOTHER 90 MIN FOR A PASSENGER HE ULTIMATELY LEFT BEHIND. DRIVER TRIED TO EXTORT EXTRA FEES BY CLAIMING I HAD TOO MANY BAGS (WE HAD 2 SUITCASES AND A COMPUTER CASE THE SIZE OF A PURSE. WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY HE CLAIMED MY BAGS WERE TOO HEAVY (BOTH WERE ON A CART AND HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED BY THE DRIVER. THEY ALSO WEIGHED LESS THAN 50 LBS EACH ACCORDING TO AIRLINES) WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THE DRIVER HAD THE DISPATCHER THREATEN ME ON THE PHONE. I REFUSED TO PAY. VIATOR NEEDS TO FIND A BETTER TRANSFER COMPANY TO PARTNER WITH IN LONDON.

This wasn't a shared transfer but a private one. However, the driver wasn't waiting for us and we had to ask the airport information desk to call. He showed up 15 minutes later. Then he hadn't topped up his car parking ticket so we had to wait for that. He also took a very roundabout way to the hotel.

The cost saving was not worth it. Driver was not there to meet us, had to called , turned up 15 mins later. The had to wait almost an hour for other passengers. Then had a case taken off the by other passengers, . WOULD not recommend this to anyone.....!!!!!

Our driver was waiting for us as we exited. It was also a private car which was nice. Our driver was very nice. After being in London I realize it would have been cheaper to use public transportation but this is a much nicer way to travel after a long flight.

The car service was excellent. The car was clean, the driver was waiting when I arrived and delivered me to the hotel as requested. Could not have asked for a better experience. Our driver was waiting just as we left the arrivals area with our luggage. The car was nearby, and the trip to our hotel in central London was fast and uneventful. The price was very reasonable and as far asd we are concerned this is the only way to transfer between airport and hotel.
