The car was very small for 4 passengers and all of our luggage. I had to ride with 2 bags on my lap and try to keep them out of the way, so that the driver could see the side mirrors. I was very disappointed with the size of the car. In addition, the driver didn't really know the airport terminal and wasn't sure how to get us to our terminal. Not a very comforting situation. I was not happy with the service at all.

We were disgusted at how we were treated on the return pickup from the hotel to the airport. We confirmed our flight and pickup time as requested. We were picked up at the nominated time of 4pm - our numerous bags were loaded into the boot of the sedan car and as we left the hotel the driver informed us we were picking up another two passengers and their luggage. We were surprised to say the least - there was no way that any more luggage would fit in this small sedan let alone another two adults. We arrived at the second hotel and then found out that this couple were going to Heathrow and their flight was leaving at midnight and we were leaving from Gatwick with our flight leaving at 9pm and that the Heathrow couple were being dropped off before us !!. My husband asked the driver to contact his Supervisor and after some discussion it was agreed that another car would be sent to pickup the couple going to Heathrow. It was now after 5pm and the driver was quite flustered. He mumbled something about there not being a motorway to Gatwick until the last few miles and that we would have to be patient with him. This was our first visit to London and we were not sure about where the motorways went so we believed him. We then spent the next 2 hrs and 50 mins inching through the rush hour traffic to finally arrive at Gatwich at 8pm with our flight due to depart at 9:15pm !! We were so stressed out to arrive so late at the airport through no fault of our own. We will not let that happen to us again!!! We will DEMAND the motorway no matter what !

We had the same situation with the carry on suit case and the regular suitcase. If you guys advertise that a carry on and regular suitcase are included on the services, then why the drivers seems to have a different definition to the ones that the airlines have?_br/_ That car was to small for 4 persons plus luggage.

Aparently our transfer car broke down, we ended up with an old, small car the 4 people had to squash into with all our luggage. It was really uncomfortable.

Driver was on time but waited out at the drive - way instead of the lobby as mentioned in both booking and email. Although we indicated through email that we wish to reach airport at 7pm, we eventually reached at 7.20pm because he decided to drop off the family he picked up after us.

I was put on the Heathrow transfer so my ride to Gatwick took 2 hours while we picked up and dropped off Heathrow transfers. That's after I was given wrong pick up time. Ride was comfortable and driver courteous and helpful.

Our flight was scheduled to leave at 2pm but transport would only pick us up at 8:00am. I tried to arrange our pick-up time fo a later time however, they weren't as flexible. Soooo, We had to leave at 8am.

Our driver actually arrived 10 minutes early - a good thing since we were not sure what Heathrow would be like. We picked up 2 other couples and the driver chose routes with the least amount of rush hour traffic - Great Job! He shared interesting info about sights we passed and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very helpful with bags and directions. We will definitely use this service again.

AS INSTRUCTED IN THE VIATOR VOUCHER, I CALLED THE TRANSFER COMPANY TO CONFIRM MY TRANSFER BACK TO THE AIRPORT. SINCE I HAD NO FLIGHT ON THE DAY OF THE TRANSFER, BUT WOULD SPEND THE NIGHT AT AN AIRPORT HOTEL, I ASKED FOR A N AFTERNOON PICK UP. THE DISPATCHER WENT BERSERK AND LAUNCHED INTO A LECTURE ABOUT THE FACT THAT I HAD PURCHASED A SHARED TRANSFER AND WOULD THEREFORE HAVE TO GO WHEN OTHERS WERE SCHEDULED TO GO (9:00 AM). HE WOULDN'T EVEN DISCUSS AN AFTERNOON OR EVENING TRANSFER, STATING THAT I COULD ONLY GO LATER IF I UPGRADED TO A PRIVATE CAR. I REFUSED THAT OPTION AND AGREED TO THE 9:00AM PICKUP. AT 9:00AM WE WERE ADVISED THAT OUR RIDE WAS WAITING. WE WALKED OUT TO FIND A PRIVATE CAR -- NO OTHER PASSENGERS. (?) EXCELLENT DRIVER, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, FAST. STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BIG FUSS BY THE DISPATCHER.

It was great - from hotel pickup 515am through all check-in and security at Heathrow it took one hour. As it turned out we then had 3 hours to wait for our flight at 915am but had time for a good breakfast . Maybe pickup could have been a bit later not our choice for 515am but I would rather have extra time than run through airports.

I have always taken the Heathrow Express into London from the airport. I this time I had a lot more luggage this service was very nice and we got to the airport in record time. Almost as fast as the express!
