Honestly,thedriver was punctual and helpful with our luggage and this was a very very secure booking to catch the Chunnel or Eurostar to Paris. When you are in another country there are naturally feelings that perhaps something MIGHT GO wrong. Here is a very secure transfer and highly recommended by these americans in london.

NO STARS. Our driver was terrible, texting on the phone and trying to hear his GPS at the same time. What should have been a 35 minute trip took us 1 1/2 hours.

The driver was on time but he had my niece's name as the lead traveler when it was myself. Instead of announcing to the guests waiting in the hotel lobby who he was there for he waited quite awhile until we approached him. No harm no fowl. I was use Viator again.
