The immediate seating is a plus when purchasing this package. The people are friendly and will explain how the whole memoribilia collection got started with Eric Clapton's guitar. The original Hard Rock is a must see while visiting London.

Had a bit of a problem explaining to door guy that we had these tickets, but once he was prepared to look at them and his book then let us straight in and to our table - whilst others lined up in the rain for at least 30 minutes.

On arriving at Hard Rock I presented the voucher and was told we would have to wait for about 1 hour, although I had prepaid and understood we could "skip the line". I was disappointed and after discussion realised there were tables outside which we were told the wait would be about 20 minutes. We decided to sit outside which was a mistake as we completely missed the atmosphere of the Cafe inside and it soon became very cold and windy outside. Infact we skipped the ice cream as we were too cold to eat it. Very disappointed.

I was really disapointed in this. After a long walk to get there we handed the voucher to one of the workers and they had absolutely no idea what it was, so we got a little worried because we thought we had booked it for nothing. After about 10 minutes waiting and hearing them discuss amongst themselves, the owner finally approached us and notified us that they had an event on that night and we could eat there but it wuld be really rushed. we obviously chose to eat there as werre paid but didnt really enjoy it as we felt pressured to eat really quickly. The waitor was great though, but was very disapointedthat they were not organised and didnt have us booked or notified us about the event, they made it out as if "we will let you eat" obviously we were entitled to eat here as ihad paid for both of us. wouldnt do this again!

We were turned away on our attempt at using the voucher for dinner on the day it was booked (26th Jun) due to the venue being entirely booked out for a private function. (obviously associated with the HRC concert)...so that was disappointing. The manager/staff were apologetic, very helpful and noted on our voucher that we could return at anytime. Fortunately our time schedule allowed us to come the following week. We loved it, great service, food and staff! . _br/_ Atmosphere priceless!! would go again in a heartbeat. The only reason we knocked off a star was for the initial diappointment of being unable to attend when we had a hotel close by and had been to HRC concert the Night.

The Skip the Line provided everything we were promised and we purchased this package because we heard that there is always a long wait to get into the Hard Rock. But we got there at dinner time and there was no line! Of course there was no way to know this, but had we known we would have much rather ordered from the full menu. So just decide whether you want to take your chances or not. Cafe, food and service were great!

My daughter loved it but less than average food and a few large school groups isn't my idea of a good night out. Skipping the line might work in summer but in winter there wasn't much of a line but we still had to stand at the very crowded bar.

There was no information explaining how to jump the queue. Had the queue been longer we would have waited longer but there was only a couple of groups in front of us and we were shown straight through. The service and food were good and we enjoyed our visit.

It was great not having to wait - I went straight through while others in the line had to wait at least an hour. As I was alone I was placed in front of the kitchen which hardly provided an atmospheric setting. The menu was tiny and to be honest the food was very average. I have been to this and other HRC's so I can compare and was a little disappointed. Overall however it was worth it and I recommend it if you are an HRC fan and are not too fussy about what you eat. I do suggest going with at least one other person though and getting a table.

We enjoyed our lunch on a Friday afternoon very much but there wasn't any kind of line whatsoever. We passed by on a Tuesday and still no line. We were there in July and it was very hot...no AC on the street level part of the restaurant but if you go below for seating there's AC down there.

We had an excellent time the experience was great. One of the best things was the fact that we could jump the line to get seated, especially after walking most of the morning sightseeing. Excellent service and we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

If you want to have dinner at the Hard Rock and not wait ages in the cold just to get on the waiting list -then this is the way to go. We prepaid and just showed up at no set time and we after a little confusion - the staff were unfamiliar with the form were put at the top of the list, given our little device to notify us when our table was ready, and by the time we'd visited the loo to wash our hands - we were seated. The set menu was fine, since we planned to have Hamburgers which was why the founders started the place in the first place - they wanted a place that served a good old American style burger meal. The food was great, the table wonderful, staff friendly - and thanks to another review on this website, we made sure to tour the vault which is a free tour of rock memorabilia in the Hard Rock store across the street. My 15 year old neice visiting from the US said this was the highlight of her time in London.

Was a lot of fun. The guy in the vault was great - we spent a lot of time talking with him we are still talking about our conversations with him. Our 'priority seating' didn't work out which was disappointing - still had to wait an hour to be seated.

Skip the line ticket was well worth the money. Queue was quite long when we got to the cafe; the wait was 40 mins. We showed our skip the line and went straight in and were seated within 5 mins. Now that's what I call service!

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who has or has not been to a Hard Rock before. The prebooking works great and the "skip the line" was such a time saver as the evening wait was quite considerable. The service and food were wonderful, and the atmosphere was typical Hard Rock. It's a very short ten minute walk from the underground station or easily accessible by bus or taxi.

This was great for our family of aging rock fans, and their teenage kids. Both the cafe and adjacent Hard Rock vault have incredible rock artifacts, instruments, and photos. When we arrived there was no line to skip, but within an hour there was a long queue. If you like lots of American style cafe food, you'll love the lunch. We'd prefer something smaller and lighter. The separate, unrelated "Rock Legends and Beatles Tour" which you can order through Viator picks up nearby, so consider combining both, as we did. It worked out great.

Great timing on our part meant that we only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. This is a small cafe, and if you want to take advantage of the prebooked, skip the line aspect, be realistic about allowing enough time to arrive semi-hungry and anticipate a wait. The meal was very good and service courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed our meal as we watched the line outside get longer and longer. The tour of the vault was a like a trip through rock & roll history.
