Yeoman Warder (popularly known at 'Beefeaters') are the ceremonial guards of the Tower of London. Join a free tour and be entertained by tales from the Tower; pain and passion, treachery and torture, all delivered with a swagger and a smile! The famous tours depart every 30 minutes until 3:30pm (Summer) or 2:30pm (Winter). Tours last approximately 60 minutes and start at the main entrance.

Fantastic!! We arrived to find a queue lined up seeking to buy tickets, however we went to the pre-paid window to find no queue and presented our voucher and we were in the gate within 2 minutes. A great way to go for those who dont want to spend scarce holiday time lining up to buy a ticket. And the tour itself is incredibly interesting.

Tower of London is great- you can visit everything in a few hours (3-4). If you have a chance, visit during the winter months and go to the twilight tour - great option! During the day in the afternoon you can see them do the "Word" - which is the delivering of the password to get in at night. They have lots of costumed people as well as the beefeaters to answer questions and give tours. I suggest making this part of your London adventure!

Although we enjoyed the Tower of London, this tour was unnecessary, as we had to wait in the "Skip the Line" line, which was longer than the "regular" line, to get in. I would not bother doing this again.

The Tower of London is an interesting place to visit. I recommend spending extra money at the site for the self- guided audio tour. At a normal pace, this site takes about three hours to go through.

We were so happy to visit the Tower. We went on a Friday morning around 10:30. There was a long line but with our skip the line ticket we basically were able to just stroll right in. With this ticket you enter through the group entrance which is kind of in the back. This was helpful when it came to seeing the Royal Jewles because we were able to get there early enough to beat the crowd and not have to wait in a line. We notice a really long line trying to get in there later and were pleased we didn't have to wait around to see them. There was much to see and even though we didn't have any children with us we could tell that children were enjoying themselves as well. There were plenty of interactive areas for them to explore. Great visit. And the views of the Tower Bridge and Thames River were nice to see as well.

A fantastic piece of history. We spent more than half a day there. Come ready with good walking shoes as there is so much to climb and see. Make sure you take the Yeomen's tour which is so entertaining and rich with history.

The day I went it was not too busy, but the point is you really don't know how the lines will be. I agree this is worth the price in order to just walk right in. Great tour, easily a highlight of my 3 weeks in London.

This was exactly what it said - a ticket into the Tower of London that let you skip straight to the entrance. No waiting in the giant line to buy tickets. After that, it's your choice to take the Yeoman Warder tour or explore the Tower on your own.

My husband and teenager thoroughly enjoyed the Tower of London. Despite the crowds, we were able to see quite a bit including the Jewels. Moving escalators helped get the crowds through the Jewels. We also found the cafeteria to be tasty and convenient. This is a must see in London and having the Skip the Line Tickets saved a bit of time.

Tower of London is a must to do in London. A word of advice, you only skip the ticket line, you do still have a small line to get into the tower and you need to go directly to the Crown Jewels when you get there. We arrived on a Sunday around 10am to the Tower, skipped the small line and waited maybe 10 min to get into the Tower. From there we went directly to the Crown Jewels, where there was no line, and came back to the Beefeater tour at 11am after seeing the Jewels. When we were done with the Beefeater tour approximately 45 min later, the line to the Crown Jewels was so long that it was starting to wrap around the White Tower. It must have taken the people standing in line over 2 hours just to see the Jewels. Get to the Tower early and go see the Crown Jewels directly.

I highly recommend these Skip the Line tickets we were able to get in with no waits or hassles. The Tower of London is a real treat to tour - we were there about 5 hours. One thing I recommend is to head straight for the Crown Jewels as soon as you go in, as the crowds tend to follow the Beefeaters and then you wind up going in to see the jewels with all the others in that group. Head for the jewels first, then go back to the start and do the tour with a Beefeater guide, they are very amusing and informative. We had a great time.

Even better than my memory from 20 years ago. The tower has been reorganized and is so much fun and efficient. The beefeaters are full of great stories, and there were even actors portraying the henchman and Lady Jane. Skip the line tix were fabulous, we were so far ahead of the crowd that we had the Crown Jewels to ourselves for 15 minutes.

Plan to spend most of the day here because there really is a lot to see. By taking the extra time you get to see more than if you plan for only 3 hours.
