Very informative and interesting - roman baths were a bit boring - long drive for that....probably shouldve went to windsor castle instead!

A bit disappointed with this tour. The blurb said we would have 21/2 hours in Bath, we had less than 11/2 hours. However, I really love Bath so any visit is wonderful. Stonehenge was good, all these rocks in the middle of nowhere, interesting. Skip Salisbury if you don't want to see the Cathedral. I'd opted not to visit and there is nothing to do there. It is way out of the centre and with only about an hour too far to go anywhere else. A waste of my time visiting that town. The tour guide was factual but lacked any great enthusiasm, had a dry sense of humour that only a few 'got'. The bus driver drove very fast and a bit erratic for my liking.

Our day trip was excellent from start to finish. The company Viator used and our guide, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken and interesting. There is a lot to pack into the day and we were glad we went with this tour. We did pay for the entrance to all three sites (I had a Heritage Pass that I used at Stonehenge - that is why we chose this tour over the inclusive option).

forced to give it one star when it deserves 0 stars. not the most efficient use of the day. why drive to salisbury from london for a rushed visit than drive to bath an hour away and then drive back the hour to go to stonehenge which is only 15 min away from salisbury. so, instead of 3.5 hrs in bath there was only 1.5 hrs in bath. and why lie to people who ask if bath is DEFINITELY the last visit of the day when it's not, (asked and answered by 3 different people from both viator and tour operator). what a waste of time and money!

We really enjoyed this trip. Our guide, Kevin, was very informative and a great deal of fun! The coach was very nice and comfortable. Although we wished we could have stayed much longer in Bath, we had such a great time.

Wasn't aware that the tour does not include entrances to Stonehenge, Salisbury n bath. Ended up paying up another 30 or 40 pounds or the tour. Probably my fault not reading clearly but the tour I paid for was just for transport. Viator could be clearer when advertising the tour was not clear it was just the transport not additional for entrances. It was a good trip but was annoyed about not being informed.

Good way to see places out of the London vicinity. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and helpful, often recounting fascinating historical trivia you'd never know unless you were a local. The guide was also very clear about meeting place and meeting times, so no fear you'd be left behind after exploring the townships in your free time.

A good option to discover these three places in some hours. Time in Bath was enough, time in Salisbury was too short (it´s a wonderful town) and visit to Stonehenge was nice and easy. Maybe it´s quite expensive (tickets to venues are not included in start price) but it would be hard to arrange this trip by your own in only one day.

The Evan Evans bus was up-to-date, roomy and clean. Our guide was knowledgeable, interesting and engaging during his talks en route, and was also excellent at the logistics of the tour, including balanced explanations of whether and how to upgrade access privileges at each part of the trip. There was not time to take complete advantage of the audio tour at the Roman site in Bath, much less to take in neighboring historic sites in the city. Sufficient time was allowed at Stonehenge. There was adequate time given to explore the magnificence of the Salisbury Cathedral, the real highlight of the day. All in all, a well-organized and enjoyable day trip.

Terrific sites and a knowledgeable and entertaining host. My only detraction was that we didn't get to spend emnough time in Bath - there's lot's to see and do but we only had 90 minutes - barely enough for the baths and a very quick bite to eat.

Can't beat the locations but both my daughter and I felt that our guide (from Evan Evans tours) was rather unambitious compared to the guides we've had on other Viator tours. When we got to Salisbury, we couldn't tour the church because of services going on, and couldn't see the Magna Carta because the room it was in was closed. It was pouring down rain so we couldn't really walk around outside. We'd hope that a guide would compensate by providing extra history and trying to engage his tour group, but ours really didn't, although he was a nice enough fellow. the same was true at our other rather disappointing stops at Stonehenge and Bath.

I was actually late for the initial date and not able to attend the tour on 28th itself, but after just 1 phone call, I was able to rescheduled my tour to 30th, which is within my travel time at London - so easy and no hassle. Furthermore, the tour guide that time was very great (Pappy was his name). He was literate with our destination knowledge and also funny. I am glad I was able to enjoy my time and tour during my stay at London and Viator made it possible so!

An "ambitious" day trip, indeed! While there wasn't a whole lot of time to spend at each place, understandably, it was very much worth the journey. It was a beautiful tour, and we very much enjoyed both the history and scenery of each place, as well as the guide, Crissy, who was great. Recommended for anyone with limited time wanting to see as much as possible.

I would definetely reccomend this tour because the city of Bath is breathtakingly beautiful and so is the Salisbury Cathedral. Stonehenge is also very interesting and even though it's next to the road, I recommend that you purchase the tour with the entrance fees covered because there is a fence that prohibits you from walking in without paying to get closer to the monument. I had to pay for the entrances for stonehenge and the roman bahs I went on a sunday so I had to pay no fee to enter the Salisbury Cathedral since it wasn't included in the package I bought, so I would recommend that you buy a package that includes the entrance tickets. The tour guide was very clever and had wonderful stories to tell during the bus ride. The scenery was stunning and even though it was raining ALOT on the day I went on my tour, it was one of the best days I spent on my vacation to England.
