The Original tour was the best way to see the sights of London in a short time. The hop-on spot was easy to find and very close to the St. Pancras train station. The buses offered recorded or live commentary. We chose recorded, which had several problems during the once around of London.

The tour was what you expect a typical hop-on-hop-off tour. We had difficulty reading the English map (From America) and had trouble finding the bus stops if we ventured off very far. The Thames river cruise associated with the bus tour is a must-see!

This is a great way to see London but mostly if you are seated on the top deck and the bus is not overcrowded. If there are people standing in the aisles then it really limits your view of the other side. I liked that this tour was narrated so that visitors could listen (on their headsets) to the history behind the sites. It was also narrated in several different languages (I recognized the England, France, Germany, and Japan flags, although there were several other languages as well) so that is a plus for many foreign visitors. I like the fact that you can exit when you want to and then jump back on the bus if you needed to. We only got to get on the redline tour but there were several different lines involved so there is so much more to see. The pass if for 24 hours so if you are going to be in the city for a while then you might want to take advantage of it. I didn't like that the bus could get so crowded and the fact that you have to walk up the steps to the top deck to see if there are any seats. Otherwise, great way to see London and learn more of the history behind the sites and places that you see along this tour.

Can't go wrong with this tour. Buses leave from many places at frequent intervals so a very convenient way to see the City and some of the sights. I would highly recommend. The complimentary Jack the Ripper walk sounded lame but my grandson wanted to go. Much to my surprise, it was a lot of fun with a great guide!

This tour was outstanding with comprehensive commentary and I sat back and thoroughly enjoyed London. The yellow line took about 2.5 hours and I then linked with the blue line. I would highly recommend Original Bus Tours and Viator and have done do so for friends departing for London on the weekend.

The itinerary is good and the audio guides are useful but the frequency of the buses is insufficient, their stopping points are not always easy to find and often relatively far from the main attractions.

The bus was great. The only problem was that with some of the other bus tours if you buy one day you can get the next day free. This was not available by your tour. The promotion ended 2/29/12. I was able to purchase a 2nd day discounted but not by much. Then the last bus of the night did not take us back to the stop we wanted so we had to end up taking a taxi. But other than that it was good.

There was not much hopping on and off the bus due to traffick delays. It takes hours to do the circuit as there are a lot of road works happening in London at the moment with the Olympics happening soon.

As a family of 4, we found the Hop -on Hop- off Bus Tour excellent. A special deal enabled us 2 days for the price of one, plus Thames River Cruise and walking Tours. We still weren't able to fit everything available to us in the 2 days! This was a great way to get one's bearings and visit many of London's attractions.

Great day. Trip up the Thames was fab. The boat itself was very smart. If I have one criticism it would be that the literature and also the web did not mention that you could pick up the boat at the London Eye. We walked from the Eye to Westminster for the boat only to find that boat went back to the Eye!!. This cost us an Hour out of our day.

It's truly the best way to start off you trip in a city that you've never been to before. Loved this tour! We rode around the whole city once without getting off on our second day in London just to get accustomed to the city, then we hopped off and did our own thing for a while, then we hopped back on later in the day when it was nicer out and sat on the open top. Commentary was nice too as we knew what we were looking at and where we were going next.
