It was a satisfactory transfer to my hotel in Anaheim. My only criticism is that when I went to the bus stop to catch the transfer the gentleman just told me to wait and gave me no information about how long the wait would be. I think I waited for 20 mins before I asking him how much longer the bus would be.

The service was good. What was not so good was the fact that the bus went around the airport twice looking to pick up other passengers. I accept the bus has to pick up other passengers, but taking round and round the LAX airport was a little tiring!! Otherwise a good service

Got into a crowded Van, driver proceeded to do another loop around the terminal at very low speed, for what reason we were all unsure, when we finally left he instructed us all to wear seat belts in a very stern voice, i however noticed he did not wear his on the entire trip,_br/_ Didn't say anything until it was which hotel we were at. Arranged a private car with another company for return journey

I had to wait an hour an 50 minutes to be allocated to shuttle and I was travelling on my own which meant it was after midnight before I arrived at my hotel in Anaheim - once allocated the people already in the shuttle had been driving round the airport precinct for 30 minutes already - was even bumped off a shuttle by an australian family who believed they had purchased a private transit - I have used these guys in the past but I think I will be looking elsewhere next time

They drive around and around the airport until they get enough people to fill the vehicle (took about 30 mins). Very hard to find pick-up spot and customer support person useless! (headphones in and texting friends whole time). Use another company!

you are picked up from the lax airport suttle pick up area outside the airport and you have to tell the person standing that you have booked with viator._br/_ it dropped us to the hotel which was good after a long journey. it is 40 mins drive from lax to anaheim.

Friendly, clean vechicles and courteous. Only had to wait 10 mins for collection and as there was only one other party on board we had one stop between LAX and our hotel. Would definitely recommend over a Taxi.

The bus was not as described by the representative on the phone. She said it would have Disney characters on it, but it was just a Super Shuttle van which was fine. Got to my hotel just fine!! Would definitely use it again!

The person at the airport made us wait for another van even though there was one available and the driver was willing to take us. Driver was okay, but I heard from another group their driver gave them a verbal tour. I thought "wasn't that nice. Wish ours had".

The service was average as when we got to the shuttle, my son had been vomiting on the plane and the shuttle had no sick bags and I had to take an empty cup on shuttle for my son to vomit into. It was very hot and it took a few subtle hints from myself and my husband for driver to put on airconditioning. By the time we arrived in Anaheim the cup was full of vomit and I had been travelling for 14 hours and your driver still put out his hand for a tip while I had to see to a sick boy. We had just arrived in America and hadn't changed most of our money but there was no compassion when I had only a few dollars to give to the driver. Not very good advertising for your company.

Plenty of pickup points around airport. Had a wait of 15mins for the Anaheim van which then picked up 2 other passengers from another pickup point.. We were then taken around the airport drop offs to pick up more to fill van. Total wait time to start of trip to Anaheim was 40 mins. Trip was quick and efficient to hotel drop offs.

Not Happy_br/_ Waited 25mins for shuttle, then there wasnt enough seats for my partner and i and we had to squash up together on a space for 1 person, so we couldn't wear a seat belts. The river had the air conditioning set to absolute freezing point and everyone was so cold, but he was very un-friendly and we didn't feel comfortable asking him to change it. Also the brakes were making a very loud disturbing scraping noise which was very uncomfortable considering we had no seat belts on.

Our experience of arriving to LA and the shuttle service can only be described as disgraceful! We arrived in the terminal, having travelled from Vegas on a United flight (hopefully you can track down who was working). We came out of the terminal and found your rude, abnoxious and unprofessional attendant. She gave no attention to the voucher I tried to give her then 45 minutes grabbed it from my hand and huffed that I should have given it to her. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. During which time your less that friendly attendant showed more interest in asking us if we had any sweets or gum for her. Had we obliged would we have received better service? When the shuttle eventually arrived we had to scamble into the back of the bus becuase one of the doors did not open. Crawling into a vehical on your hands and knees is less than attractive! The drive to Anaheim was terrifying. Not all of the seats had seat belts the van was rickety and more bouncy than normal suspension should allow. The driver was completely unsafe swerving very close to other cars, perhaps how you drive in LA but not ideal for passengers without seat belts. He then drove over the corners of sidewalks outside some of the drop offs almost tipping the van over. I have never been more glad to get out of a van. I should also point out that it appeared the driver had a friend along for the experience. We were so horrified by this expereince we tried very hard to arrange alternative transport back to the airport as we had no trust in your service. Thankfully our receptioist assured us this must have been a one off!

My flight from Seattle to LAX took 2 hours; the ride from LAX to Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park took 1 hour and 40 minutes. The driver circled around on the 405 Fwy towards Long Beach to drive to Garden Grove and then proceeded to drive to Buena Park. He could have saved considerable time had he driven directly to Buena Park via the 105 Fwy to the 605 fwy to the 91 Fwy which is a 20 minute ride. From there to Garden Grove is another 20 minutes.

Everything went very well. Shuttle service was right outside the door after we picked up our baggage. Going from airport to hotel was a little slow, but that is understandable. Pickup from hotel was excellent and exactly on time. There fast and in lots of time for our flight. Only thing I would mention is that the staff at the LAX pickup point were not very good with information. We had to ask twice if they knew we were there and waiting. They did, and our shuttle did finally come, but it was confusing at first. Overall I would use them again as the cost is very affordable compared to other options, but also I have nothing to compare them with as this was my first trip to LA.

Could not be easier! I ordered tickets online a few days before going to LAX from Australia. The van was easy to find outside LAX and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. Pick up from the hotel on our way back was okay - but they were about 25 minutes late - but I would still would recommend it. Great value.
