As it stated on my voucher my transfer from LAX to my hotel was on request, which ran very smothly as after i indicated that i was ready to go the van came within 10-15mins.

My trip was nice. Other than several trips around the ariport (for what I'm not sure since there were multiple other shuttles form the same company) I had a nice ride extremely well priced and the driver, George, was wonderful. Very friendly.

The driver we had on this trip, was the worst person I have dealt with through my whole trip overseas! He was so rude and arrogant. We had a very early pick up from our hotel, around 3am, then we drove around picking up other passengers, the mini van was full! As he was dropping us off to Los Angeles airport, I asked him to drop us off at the United Airlines terminal. He didn't answer me, so i wasn't sure if he heard me and after a few minutes i repeated myself. He snapped at me and said 'you already told me'. I said, well i wasn't sure if you heard me. Since he didn't acknowledge me at all! His customer service skills are disgusting! Not a good way to end a good time in L.A. Because of people like him i would not use this service again.

Transport arrived within a few minutes of our arrival, driver was very friendly and informative en route to our hotel; pick up for return journey was on time. Very efficient. Book online before you go as much cheaper than booking at hotel

Excellent choice. Just wish I had booked a transfer in Las Vegas also. We waited an hour for a taxi and a huge taxi rank. Lesson well learnt when time is an consideration.

bad service,bad attitude.The first driver refused to take me because i needed to go to north hollywood not hollywood.He tried to charge me extra to go to north hollywood.The second driver was nice and helpful.The second dispatcher let me wait one hour for a car to pick me up and was very rude.Do not take this tour operator

Terrible.driver would not help with bags,drove around airport for nearly an hour throwing apples out to his friends and went up a laneway with all holes in it trowing us about and then had to reverse back.and this was late at night.

Relatively easy to find at the terminal and quite frequent services. Waiting area is outside the terminal (under cover) though so can be chilly if arriving in winter

Excellent, only waited 2 minutes and a shuttle turned up. Easy to find too. Just remember to tip the driver. If there are 4 or more of you it does work out cheaper to get a taxi, but otherwise great service.

This was the only thing about our whole trip to L.A ,Vegas and Mexico i would change. Next time i will pay the extra cash and get a taxi or private car. We were made to sit at airport for quite awhile . Then drove around in circles picking up other passengers. After a long flight , this was very frustrating. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.

Upon arrival to the Shuttle stop, I was tol they would be ready in 15-20 minutes and to wait there, within 5 minutes the shuttle had arrived and I was on my way. Very happy with the service.

Perfect, we walked out from LAX and onto a shuttle with no problems even after I messed up the booking and had to rebook - which I thought might be an issue but wasn't at all. Driver had a little trouble finding the hotel, but thats all. Delivered us with plenty of time.

Very easy to find - literally right outside the front doors to the airport. Only waited about 10 mins then we were off to the hotel. Fast, friendly, door to door service. It probably would have cost about 50 - 70 in a cab to get to my hotel because the traffic is horrendous. Use this service!
