The driver arrived on time and we could arrive in the airport with plenty of time (we travelled on a Saturday, but if you are travelling during the week please be aware that LA has an intense traffic). The only problem was that I had to call three times to SuperShuttle to confirm my pick up time, however I still recommend the shuttle due to the price we pay.

This was our first time travelling to the US so we thought it would be easiest to book our transfers in advance. there is no need - there are other shuttle services right outside the terminal doors. We waited for 30 mins until our us to Hollywood arrived, the driver drove around the airport terminals twice before he actually drove out of the airport. This meant that for an extra 30 mins we were driving around the airport and waiting around (in case there were other passengers but there wasn't). Then with the traffic we didn't get to our hotel until an hour and a half later! it was very exhausting after a 14 and a half hour flight. When i handed the driver our pre-paid viator tickets he was looking at them like he's never seen them before.

The van was messy with rubbish left behind on and under the seats. The driver was careless in the drive to the hotel and I was praying that I would arrive at the hotel in one piece.

The company picked us up and then went to the next hotel and we sat there for half an hour waiting for the next people to come down as there pick up time was 45 mins after our pick up time. I think could have arranged this better and had the pick up times closer together.

Kind of a tense trip timewise due street closings for a special event.. Company/driver should have been aware and made alternate plan/routes. But savings from "list" price helped settle the stomach.

I used Viator 3 times in September and was happy enought with the co mpany and wouldnt hesitate to use them again however I thought the trip from the LAX airport was too long waiting at the airport when we had just arrived from Australia and waited 40 before we were picked up. I also feel that it took too long to get to our hotel with all the stop offs.
