Cheaper price on Viator, simple exchange of vouchers for tickets at the entrance gates._br/_ Tram tour is a great look at what goes on behind the scenes of Hollywood, Waterworld is a classic must-do and food and drink choices are plentiful throughout the park. Great view of surrounding suburbs and WB Studios.

Picking up the tickets was very easy but remember to take ID with you. We are two middle aged travellers and we thoroughly enjoyed our day at Universal Studios - something there for everybody. We didn't have the VIP tickets but the queues were not that long - perhaps we were lucky.

We hadn't used viator before and decided to take a chance on booking online as the tickets were much cheaper than through travel agencies. Great decision, so easy to print voucher and pick-up tickets at the collection office. We would highly recommend Universal studios it was great fun and didn't have the huge queues that we were faced with at disneyland. Make sure you don't miss King Kong 3D which is apart of the backlot tour it was Fantastic. A great day had by all.

Universal Studios was AWESOME! This was our second visit in 2 years and we still had a fantastic time. The Backlot Studios Tour is always worth seeing and the best ride by far was the Simpsons Ride!!! Loved it.

Great day out, enjoyed every minute especially the simpsons ride it was fantatstic. Great value for money and no need to queue up for tickets on arrival. Going in May also meant park wasn't too busy and more or less walked straight onto each ride without any waiting time.

Should have book this tour in the US. There a many companies which offer this pass with transfers to and from your hotel included for the same price. We had to catch the subway there. Transfers should be included.

Had trouble at the group ticket office changing voucher for tickets. Have never had any problems with viator vouchers anywhere else. wasted 3/4 hour at the office. day was fun afterwards for all memebrs of our family from 4 to 65 years old.

Glad I went by subway so could leave after lunch! Enjoyed the tour of the backlot and it was good to see the special effects live rather than on tv but nothing there that was new, although they did their best to make it entertaining. The archives are restricted to 2 rooms, as for the rest, a series of fairground type rides although did stop for a short blues set in one of the theatres. As you can see not really my thing but fans of Desperate Housewives get to see Wysteria Drive and kids small (and large) were apparently enjoying the rides so I'm clearly just grumpy old woman!

The 2 for 1 ticket was a great offer, what we didn't see on the first day we were able to get through the next day! & oh boy did we need it there's heaps to do. The staff were very helpful & even remembered us on the 2nd day!!! The only problem we had was getting there, as there was a mix up with Starline tours shuttle, as they we doing shuttles when you bought your Universal ticket through them. LA is very spread out & getting around without a car is a problem!! Maybe Viator should include a shuttle service with the ticket purchase.

It was great time! I really enjoyed every attraction in the park. I went there at the noon and could not enjoy some of the attraction due to short of time. So my recommendation would be - Go there starting from early morning 10 am and taste every tour offered by Universal Studios. Is was really great time, so i would remember Los Angeles possibly only by this park

Universal Studios is great fun for everyone of all ages. If you go there, make sure you do the back lot tour first. It takes about 1 hour, and takes you around to see set lots and stage areas. Lot of fun for everyone all day. Don't forget to go on the rides.
