Good tour unfortunately marred by being mucked around with buses and guides in morning. Bus didn't turn up on time at Farmers market after lunch which meant less time at universal.

Great trip for those on a tight time frame. Covers most of the "touristy" things in one day. If you want to do rides at Universal Studios though you would want at least a whole day just there. For our purposes though ( we don't do rides) it was perfect. Good commentary and a number of stops for photo ops.

This was the worst organized tour I have been on. It was very disappointing. Every tourist meets at the office of the tour company and then spends an hour figuring out which bus they need to be on. The guide didn't say much, yet they all expected tips. It wasn't very good at all.

A lot of people and buses to organise at the start. So need to be patient, whilst they sort it all. Tour guide was very personable, Walk of fame was interesting and Universal Studios was great fun. Movie stars' homes wasn't my thing, but others in our group wanted to do it and enjoyed it. Lunch at the Farmers market was good, would have liked more time there.

The Universal Studios was Fantastic...really increible. The tour and the movie's home, really deceptionating. The homes, obviusly you couldn't see anything. Most hauses was well closed with plants to have privacity. Then, for me...this one was horrible.

We only had a day to spend in LA, and this tour was fantastic in allowing us to see all the points of interest in one day. Universal Studios is a must, that place is fantastic. The only slight downside is we could have spent more time at the Chinese Theatre and walk of fame, and may have been possible if the tour operators were a little more organised and left on time.

Our guide who led the"Movie Stars' Homes Tour City Tour" was fantastic! The only problem I had was with the tour company who put me on a bus with people from another tour because I was the only one signed up for this particular one but their tour was $10 - $15 cheaper but they got my more expensive one to "make it fair". My tip is pay for the "Movie Stars' Homes" tour and chances are you'll get the city tour for free!

The Bus was 20mins early at the Hotel Pick up, we had to phone for the bus to come back. Also on the return, we had a sheet of paper to pick us up at 5.30pm but the bus driver told us to ignore this and return by 6pm. And guess what, the bus left at 5.30pm. The Universal Studios were excellent but the organization was terrible.

It was a great day. The tour left on time, we had a great guide, saw Larry King at his house, he actually turned around and said good morning to us. We loved Universal Studios. We were picked up from our hotel on time, and dropped back off.

Wonderful! However Universal Studios needs a lot of time, you may wish to plan for your trip to not be in the weekend or take the Universal Studios trip separately!

Didn't even slow down to look at homes. Bus was half hour late picking us up and very poor service. Would not recommend. Don't waste your money.

We had to wait for an hour or two before they let us in the coach for the first trip. The driver was late, so it was 2 p.m. before we were on the way to Universal Studios, and pick up time is 6 p.m. Universal Studios closes at 9 p.m., so we didn't enjoy our trip.

Absolutely worthwhile doing. If you want to fit in a good taste of LA and then all the fun of Universal Studios this is the tour to take. From the homes of the rich & famous to the farmers market with its array of food stores this was one trip worth doing. A sensory overload.
