Excellent tour. Our guide Peter was fabulous and gave ordered us perfect weather. It was so blue and sunny at the top. Plenty of time set aside at the top to enjoy this amazing view. All transfers onto trains etc went perfectly and Peter made sure this was a very relaxed, enjoyable trip. Highly recommended

I thought the tour was done very well. The tour guide was excellent with a fantastic sense of humor. Once you get to the top you spend about 2 hours there. I would highly recommend going out to the Plateau area which is outdoors. You actually step onto the snow and the air is very invigorating. I was there last week and the weather couldn't have been more clear and perfect. The tour time is primarily getting there so be prepared for a lot of travel time. Also I would recommend not eating at the self serve area... I did an thought the food was not good and had I know would of brought my own lunch and spent the entire 2 hours at the top visiting everything I could while there. I would say that this trip is worth... How many people can say that they have been to the Top Of Europe?

All together a nice and enjoyble trip, Jungfraujoch was amazing, coach and rest of the tour was very nice. But the only drawback was the guide, who we found bossy and rude to the people on bus. Viator should keep more friendly and good English speaking guides.

Our guide Kid is the best! If I have to pay premium to get him as a guide, i will. #He is by far the best guide I have ever encountered. He is funny, upbeat The whole trip was amazing, the scenery was breathtaking! This was the highlight of our European trip. Definitely worth it.

By far one of the best tours I've ever done and after 15 years of traveling, that says alot. Kid the guide is fantastic and the scenery and views are breathtaking, majestic, spectacular, and I could go on and on. There are not enough words for the beauty in this part of the world and this tour is the perfect way to see a portion of it in a day. We can tell people we were at the top of Europe but we didn't see much. haha It snowed big time while we were there, but we enjoyed the train ride up and back. The top of the Jungfrau was very interesting and we are glad we did this trip.

Excellent day trip. We enjoyed thoroughly, except that the stop at Interlaken was total waste of time. The cogwheel train was a great experience. Top of the mountain was unforgettable. We loved the scenary on the way to the top. The Thai guide was quite helpful but his english was sometimes difficult to understand.

A fantastic trip. Spectacular scenery wonderful experience. Our guide for the day was very entertaining and took many wonderful photos of us and assisted in pointing out the best points for panoramic photos. When we visit Switzerland again we will do this trip again.

Very disappointed. Guide spoke rudimentary English at best. He was rude and obnoxious - shouting at people in the group. He made it extremely rushed and had the whole group running from one thing to the next. Not recommended at all - rather do it on your own.

Our day trip to Jungfraujoch was absolutely perfect! Our tour guide, Kid, was extremely helpful in pointing out all of the good sights along the way and helped take some wonderful family photos along the way. Kid's energy and enthusiasm throughout the tour made for a very enjoyable day. We only had one day in Switzerland, and this tour was the perfect way to spend it.

The trip was amazing. Me and my husband truly enjoyed it. The scenery, the mountain, and the snow. Kid was our tour guide, he is an amazing person. We never missed out any photo opportunity. He knew every single angle during the trip up to the mountain. This trip is wonderful.

Wow!!! Perfection. This is a full days activity but just the best day we spent in Europe. The scenery was breathtaking and our Guide Kid was extremely entertaining, taking photos and keeping everyone busy and involved all the way to the top of the mountain. First our complain,You need to have a better communication or coordination with all your counter toursagency. We were supposed to be pick up at Lucerne according our booking n confirmation but their recordshow pick up Zurich.Fortunately there were other peoplle that they have to pick up at Lucerne and they pick us up there. this is a second mistake that happened to us.This tour was great and they have a very good tour guide name KID. He is fast very details n direct to the point w/c is needed in a big group for the safelty n time. no delay. I wld go back specially if Kid is the guide n in other swiss tour

I read all the reviews prior to this tour and wondered would i be better off doing a half day tour of Mt Rigi or Pilatus as i get easily bored. Having travelled extensively to some amazing places in the world but this tops it all - seriously was sensational from start to finish and actually enjoyed it that much i'd do it all again. I read so many reviews about the guide Kit and they are all right "he has a crazy fun attitude and will keep you going from start to finish" He is the key to the tour - Thank you Kit the scenery was amazing and you were the best of the best :)

Great tour. Was not sure what to expect being our fisrt one but all went smoothly. Guide was very good and we were lucky with the weather. A minor issue with the e-voucher for us as we could not print a paper voucher once on holiday. Something that should be cleared up for future tours.

We were fortunate to have picture perfect weather for our trip and we have the photos to prove it! Until we got to the top I truly didn't understand just how high we would be. The views were spectacular, not just from the top, but throughout the trip. It was quite the experience for people like us who live at 2 meters above sea level. _br/_ Our guide, Kid, bent over backwards to assure that everyone got outstanding photographs, including photos of everyone in their party together. _br/_ I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to be able to experience a bit of the mountains of Switzerland in a one day tour._br/_ I did not understand that the tour did not leave from Lucerne, so that when we got on the bus there it was already almost full. Also, there was nothing to identify the tour as Viator, I believe it was referred to as Meyer tour, which was a bit confusing. But the trip itself was one that I will remember for the rest of my life.

This tour was the highlight of our 15 days Europe trip. We could'nt have got a better guide than 'Kid', who was funny, involving and full of information. He made this into an adventourous trip, giving everyone personal attention yet providing them space. He managed the tour and team very well and we were therefore on time everywhere, and made it a great tour. The location itself was excellen, and something was there for all age groups Ice palace was mesmerizing. Excellent tour, excellent place to go - would highly recommend this tour to anyone with a day to spare in Luzern or in Zurich.

I actually booked this tour for my parents who are a bit aged so that can be have a comfortable guided tour to the Jungfrauch mountains and they really found this to be an excellent tour with a helpful guide. The tour was organized very well, started and ended on time. Based on their positive feedback I would surely recommend this tour to everyone who's staying in Luzern and intends to visit the mountains!

this was a fantastic tour, the thing that made the tour increadible was our tour guide named "kid" he was funny, helpful and actually quite charmong. You spend quite a lot of time teravelling trains, busses etc and he was able to make the time pass quickly and he knew all the great spots for pictures. We travel extensively and use Viator allmost all the time and this tour as agreed by the entire party was the best tour ever.

When you see the price of the trip it's natural to question if it's worth it at all. Oh but it is worth every penny! We left from Lucerne by coach, and the coach journey through Interlaken itself was already beautiful. As you go up the windy roads, you'll get to see the picturesque greenery against the backdrop of the mountains. We then took a couple of trains up, the first one lets you experience the juxtaposition of lush green valleys and icy mountain-side up-close the second actually takes you through the mountain itself, arriving at the peak - ski jackets mandatory! A trip that has given me lots of wonderful photos, and one I definitely won't forget.

This tour was so well planned...the scenery was incredibly beautiful, and we enjoyed the bus ride, trains, ice palace, and observatories. The tour guide, Kit, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quite funny. This has to be one of the best tours I've been on and the cost was reasonable for the all the activities during the day...I would definitely recommend.
