Mt Titlis was beautiful but I would have loved more time on the mountain. It felt like as soon as we got to the top it was time to make our way back down. Our guide was very uptight and stressed which was a shame but we had a good day none the less.

Claire who was our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us many insights. The tour was really good. It was on time, and the journey in coach was very smooth. only complain would be not enough time to enjoy the snow :) Mount Titlis is really amazing :)

Wow, this was an absolutely glorious day to visit the mountain. The guide was a local from Lucerne, Alexandra, and she gave very good information on both Titlis and Pilatus (both tours on the one bus). The snow and glacier were fantastic and the ride up on the cable car. The time went quickly, would have liked another hour to play. The bus picked us up at the allotted time, ON THE DOT, so don't be late for the Swiss are very on time. Would definitely do this one again or do Pilatus.

This is my 2nd visit to Mt. Titlis and was a little disappointed as the place seems a bit run down compare to 2007. The outdoor food store was either closed down as I was expecting to have hot sausage, ice-creams and coffee just like I did 4 years ago. Probably it's due to the current economic crisis.

This was a lovely day and not to long, the scenery was lovely and the snow great fun._br/_ the only issue was I booked on line and comfirm by phone that we needed jackets but on the day the guide did not want to give us one because we didnt leave a depoist in Zurch, first we had heard of it. so he said we would be right with our light jumper, we were freezing... :-)

Surpassed my expectations (which were quite high).... Unparalled views and a really exciting and different experience! Great for adults as well as kids (the snow tubing and sledging which is included in the tour price is good fun)

The Tour was very nice. a must for anyone visiting Switzerland. Travel from Lucerne to Engelberg was excellent. Nice ride through the Rope-way. ICE FLYER is excellent and thrilling.

It was a great trip. The ice flyer and the snow sports on the top were the highlights of the trip. Our guide Robert was quite helpful and spoke very good English. It was worth the time and money. The weather was not good though, so it is good to check the weather forecast before going on this trip.

It was a miserable trip; poorly organized, very crowded, enough to spoil the beauty and tranquility of Lucerne. Not a GUIDED tour at all; dropped us off somewhere in the city and not where they picked us up at the Railway Station. We had a great river cruise on Rhine, very well organized. Your company can learn how to organize trips for tourists from them. Enough said!

I wasn't too happy about the service. The car window was dark and dusty I couldn't even take a picture. Our tour guide was not helpful either, his message was not clear at all. We missed the glacier park and caves because we didn't know where to play. Even we didn't know where to gather when time was up. I was really upset.

The coach was 30 minutes late arriving with no explanation. The issue of the clothing was not very organised we were rushed into putting on clothing in the snow. This would have been better issued whilst we were travelling on the coach. The trip up the mountain and down again and return to Lucerne was superb.

Our guide was fantastic, the bus was comfortable and the mt experience memorable. My one complaint is the bus didn't leave Lucerne on time. We sat in the bus waiting to leave for almost an hour after the scheduled time. Firstly the driver leaves the bus for almost half an hour, and when he came back we had to drive to collect passengers who had came up from Zurich and been dropped off for a walk. Some of them were also late back to the bus. So instead of leaving at 12.10 as advertised it was1 pm when we finally left Lucerne. Our guide Claire allowed us to stays long as possible on the mountain to make up for some of the lost time . So she was great. However the long wait in Lucerne took some of the shine off the trip. My suggestion is the Zurich passengers should stay on board and the driver stay with the bus to reduce delay and allow maximum time up the mountain for everyone.

We were traveling with three young children. This trip was perfect. The scenerey was beautiful. Once on the top of the mountain we played in the snow. There are even sleds and intertubes at no additional cost for sledding fun. This was one of the highlights of our Europe trip. I highly recomend this to families.

Had a great time on this tour. It was a half day trip up to the snow and back, which I found to be ample time to experience the view and play in the snow before getting too cold. It's a great way to see the some of Switzerland particularly if your stay is short. I really liked our guides too! Really friendly and helpful.

It's a relaxed trip. Even though the price of the trip might be slightly higher than it should be, it's worth seeing especially since we'd never seen snow. You get a chance to play with the snow. If you are from one of those countries with snow, then this trip will just be so so.

We had a very knowleagble guide who met us at the Tourist Information Centre and took us to Mt Titlis. He was courteuous and helpful by providing all relevant information and even gave us general information about Lucerne. The trip up to the mountain was a fantastic and memorable experience - more than was expected. The view above the clouds was really mindblowing! If we had a little more time on Mt Titlus - 30 mins more, it would have been the most satisfying trip ever, having said that, it was okay. All in all, a great experience and good value for money.

Cog railroad and Cable Car rides were spectacular. Our guide was great staying with the group the entire time and provided a steady stream of information about the railway, mountain and other items of interest. The tour was well worth the cost.
