There was no obvious person to meet us at the airport. After a number of phone calls we were finally directed to a transport desk where we waited a further 15 minutes for the driver.

The young lady who was our driver was outstanding. Gave us a running tour of the city and even waited at our destination to make sure we were met. Will book again this week to return to the airport.

Diver did not take me to my hotel but left me across one of the busiest squares in Madrid. Had to ask a police officer for directions to the hotel. Had to pull my two suitcases across the busy Puerto Del Sol. The departure driver picked me up at the hotel door so i know that I got shafted by this Driver.

Everything worked perfectly except that I had to wait over 30 minutes for the bus. Having said that, I think that there were demonstrations in downtown Madrid that day and the shuttle bus had to take different routes and/or was slowed by the traffic around the demonstrations.

The service was excellent. The only slight glitch was finding the pick up spot. Other than that, the staff was excellent, spoke English well and was very helpful. The shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and I had a great ride to my hotel. I will use the service again.

From the Airport - Excellent driver, friendly and he helped me with my suitcase loading it in and upon arrival at my hotel. At age 70 you can really appreciate it when you find a helpful, polite driver like him.

Well worth it for us because we arrived late at night, smooth transfer with pleasant driver. We came back to the airport by tube - a fraction of the price and very easy - but it was during the day.

This was perfect. Found the pickup location in airport with ease, waited only ten minutes and i had the shuttle to myself! I booked online to take me back to airport (didn't want to book round trip till I knew it was good) and that was perfect too. And very reasonably priced. Totally recommend.

Overall, the pick-up went well. The aerocity desk when I found it were quite helpful although a little disorganized. There was no driver there. I waited about 20 minutes. The trip to my hotel was smooth. The driver was very courteous and communicated effectively. Can't quite give it the five stars:)

landed in Madrid around 9:45pm...once I found the check in desk...all I had to do was show my reservation....and the van was called. it arrived about 10 minutes later and was a quick and easy way to get to my hotel after a long day of travel.

This worked like a charm and I'm really glad we booked a shuttle because Barajas was larger and more spread out than I ever imagined. I would hate to have to negotiate it in order to find public transportation._br/_ We arrived at terminal four. It was a snap to find the Aerocity office and within about 10 minutes a driver arrived and we were on our way. I can't say enough about the driver. We got what amounted to a guided tour on our way to the hotel. Honestly, booking a shuttle is a must, IMO.

The driver and his vehicle were greet. He gave us good advice nd pointed out Places of interest. The only down side was that despite having our flight times and bookings the company didn't calla driver until we checked into their kiosk. We then had to wait 20 mins for him to turn up.

Although we had give full details of our flight and arrival time, we still had a 20 minute wait for the car. We also had to share with 2 other couples and we were the last to be dropped off, so it took almost an hour to get to our hotel. In future we will get a taxi outside the airport doors.

Great places to visit. Be aware you will need to listen to both English and Spanish commentary, so longer waits at each visit standing to listen to both versions. Segovia is beautiful, lunch was great but did take time out of looking around, but on a hot July day it was a welcome relief to visit with other travelers and enjoy great food.

My experience with your supplier in Rome was very good and with no problems. My problems were with your employee who answer me for information. His name was Bryan or Ryan or something similar, anyway he told me that in making a reservation for a shuttle in Europe I had to call 24 hrs. in advance to confirm my reservation, when I told him that it was outrageous to expend about 20.00 in a long distance call from the US to Europe, he insisted that it might not be that expensive and that was the only way. In view of his attitude I asked to talk to a supervisor and he repeatedly denied me that request, but when I insisted several time a in a hard tone, he finally put me in contact with a Supervisor who told me that under no conditions I was to make a long distance call from my home, if that was at all necessary I was to call Viator for them to place the call, or most likely to confirm by email. Viator should keep a more rigorous training program and carefully examine the kind of employees you hire in order to avoid having your customers being wrongly informed and treated with more courtesy. As it ended up I did not need to make a confirmation, but instead I went to the booth for that company and I showed them the Viator Voucher and I got the ride to the hotel without problems.

I had to phone a few times to understand where to meet the driver....did not understand, You should state on your site that the office for Aerocity Limousine Service is inside the terminal 1 outside Gate 2 . We thought we should be outside just waiting for the limousine. The driver actually comes into the office and takes you to the car..This was not made clear on the first phone call.

Arrived in Madrid expecting to be greeted by the shuttle, had to figure out how to call the shuttle service in the airport, Spanish speaker. Then was directed to the shuttle office near the pharmacy. Checked in quickly but took 30-45 min to get the shuttle. Took about 1 hr to get to the hotel. A long time after a 15 hr combined flight.
