Unfortunately there was a mistake made by the staff who sent the driveer my hotel name and address! The driver arrived 45 minutes late and I was almost desperate with the prospect of losing my intercontinental flight. Please check that the transfer of information from booking (I did everything online and, therefore, the mistake was not mine!) to the driver is done properly. The driver was excellent and made me to arrive at the airport just in time to take my flight.

The driver was prompt, knew his way around the roads and got us to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight. Having a van with room for the luggage was much better than having to find a local taxi with a big enough trunk. Since cars in Europe are so small, this can really be a challenge.

This is a must for convenient transfers. The driver will be at your hotel 3 hours before your flight schedule. The pick-up was punctual but it was disappointing and annoying that the driver had to ask which airport terminal our flight was when it was clearly stated in the order sheet he has. I mistakenly said Terminal 1 when our flight was in Terminal 2 and he still dropped us at Terminal 1.

Our driver was right on time and super-efficient at negotiating his way through traffic. I would never recommend anyone trying to ride public transport to Barajas as it is so spread out and gigantic. You need the services of someone who goes back and forth as a living.

We booked this shuttle in July for two separate arrivals in Madrid but for the second arrival, near the end of August, we had changed our hotel. We had notified this service in July that the hotel they had to pick us up at, had changed. They e-mailed us a thank you for notice of the change. When in Madrid, we phoned them to confirm the pickup time and location and as when we had arrived, they still had not communicated to the driver that the hotel had been changed from the July one. We had a 3:40 pickup tiime and no one turned up. We phoned and again, they still were thinking they had to pick us up at another hotel. Luckily we had phoned or our international flight would have been missed. Communication amongst the employees needs work. Next time we will just use a cab for half the price.

The return trip was fine, however, the arrival was difficult to find the people, not sure where I had to go, after asking around I found their booth. Should have some more signs or people greeting you when you get out of customs, after in our case 12 hours of fliying.

Well worth the pick up. Cheaper than a taxi for one person but a not for more than one as they charge by the person. A cab will take 4 people for twice the amount I paid.

Unfortunately because I had a domestic flight I had difficulty locating the office. It would really help if on the information we are given it said to go to T1 Bay 2. Once I had located the office the service was exceptional and I would certainly use it again. The return pick up from the hotel was also excellent!

I had a very early departure or else I would have used the Metro, which is how I arrived. They showed up at the time they scheduled.
