When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details (flight numbers and times of arrival or departure) and your Costa del Sol Hotel details (name and address). You must select the correct area for your hotel. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Everything went as planned. When I called to verify my transfer, the agent said he didn't have a record of the reservation, but said he would check and would be there to pick us up. I'm not sure what happened in the meantime, but our car was waiting for us when our plane arrived.

Although driver's English was limited, he was prompt and courteous and knew where he was going. The car was very clean and comfortable, with more than enough room for 4 adults and 6 suitcases.

Although our plane was approximately one hour late, the driver was there as advertised with the sign displaying our name. The driver was courteous and the van large enough to accommodate the five of us along with our luggage. Although the hotel is a short ride, the service is well worth the price.
