Behind first thing in the a.m. and then it seemed liked we were playing "catch up" all day long - spending minimal time at each stop. If I were conducting the tour I would have canvased the small group and suggested cutting short some things (Koalas) and spending more time along the surf part of Great Ocean Road (spectacular scenery). I like that you guys do not provide meals, but rather suggest places to eat at various towns that we stopped at._br/_

This trip was very nice. The tour guide was awesome! My voucher said pickup was at 7:00, but I guess they were running late as I didn't get picked up until 8:00am. Other than that, it was a very good tour. I would suggest others to check out the Great Ocean Road Tour also.

Fantastic day even if it was a bit long but totally worth it, our guide is leaving the company which is a shame as he was really good. Some places felt a bit rushed to visit but when you get home you realise why, you can't add any longer to this trip._br/_ Would definitely recommend this trip and think it is a must while in Melbourne!

A fantastic tour from start to finish. Our tour guide Lee was outstanding and ensured everyone was comfortable and had enough time at each of the designated stops. It's a long day, but there are plenty of stops along the way to stretch your legs and the scenery is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the helicopter flight - it's a must!

We had a wonderful time with James, our tour guide. Thought eh trip was quite long, 13 hours from pickup to drop off, it was well worth it. The vistas at 12 Apostles and Loch Ard(I think the latter name is correct) were amazing. We were given ample photo opps, though I would have liked more. Morning 'tea' was a nice added touch.

It was a good tour. _br/_ I booked two audio guide files, but only got one ipod. And the sound was hard to be heard. So why should we pay $30 per person more than other company's tour.

The organisation of this tour was excellent both at the time of booking and throughout the tour itself and we particularly appreciated being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Our tour guide, Isaac,, was well-informed about all aspects, history, geography, wildlife etc and also on the options available for lunch and supper breaks. In spite of constant rain from lunch-time onwards he made the journey and the sightseeing interesting and enjoyable. His driving in difficult conditions was faultless. Thewhole experience was first class. The Kiwi driver was great fun and very friendly to everyone. he had interesting snippets to tell and made sure we saw all the highlights - he even arranged perfect weather - raining when he picked us up and then it steadily improved to a perfect sunny day! This tour company is great, and the experience was well worth the money. It's a long day, but the sights are well worth it. If you want a more leisurely experience, do it in a two day trip, but if your time is tight this is a great way to see the Great Ocean Road and the sights along the way.
