Tour was fantastic. They came back to get me even though I was in the wrong place. Would have liked more time in some of the shops, but that is a case of majority rules._br/_ Highly recommend to anyone who wants the most incredible savings, and who would like to learn more about the city, or simply know where else to shop. You save a lot more then you spend on a ticket

Had a great time and met some lovely people. Tracy our guide was fantastic, she took us to some great places and was a wealth of information on the sites of Melbourne. Our Group was mainly mothers and daughters and we had heaps of laughs. Our lunch was fantastic and the bubbles went down very easy. I was well and truly shopped out by the end of the day. Got some great bargains and cant wait to do it again with a gang of girlfriends.

It was a pleasant day out with an excellent driver and good lunch. However I would have preferred a better option for stores as some outlets were rather dated and not quality buys. I think most women want a more up market shopping experience. Some of the outlets were the same as I did 2-3 years ago.

If you have never been to Melbourne this is worth doing. I found it a little rushed the time allocated at some of the larger retail outlets was a little short. Apart from two the clothes outlets where not very good quality for what you where paying. Overall it was a good introduction to shopping in Melbourne. Next time I go I will know where to catch the tram as most of the outlets where near tram lines.

I think our guides name was Tracy. She was excellent. Had just the right manner. Lunch was also excellent. Realise that the tour needs to cater for all age groups on board so some of the places we went did not suit the more mature tastes.

Pick up and drop off direct to door was great. the outlets that we went to were not of interest and when asked for our preference on what we would like to shop for, it was not taken kindly. not many shops visited in the day and was very disapointed to spend majority of the day in the bus traveling. very disappointed with the lack of oppportunity to purchase what i went for. had maney to burn and no place to spend it!

We had a great time and our host Tracey and driver Max were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the lunch at a coffee shop wasn't served until nearly 2.00 p.m. and we were all famished by then and the meal was a bit below par - our bread rolls were too hard to eat (should have had the pasta which looked much better). Otherwise a good time was had by us all.

Shopping tour worth doing,Tracey our guide was terrific and we got to see a little more of Melbourne. The morning of the shopping tour was great and good fun but we found the afternoon a little boring and the quality of the fashions and accessories not as nice. Disappointed we didn't get to any manchester outlets or craft outlets.

Tour guide was great but felt the places visited could have had better prices, for instance we purchased a handbag on tour that we saw for sale at the airport for the same price we paid at warehouse so a little disappointed with that, but on the whole, would recommend it to any first time Melbourne visitor

Excellent Shopping Trip with two outlets with sizes above 14 which was really good to me. Hostee, Tracie knew where all the bargains were and even mentioned other places we could go by ourselves. Day was changed to Friday but we already knew that before leaving Sydney on the Wednesday.

Very dissappointing - the bus driver was better informed than the guide - most outlets visited were open to the public and not only open to the tour groups as the guide informed us. Guide seemed pushy to buy and didn't bother to note who donated the gifts at the end of the tour. Would not recommend to friends

fantastic trip spent up big and got some good bargains. had fun on the tour the guide tracey was very informative and helpful to all us visitors to melbourne. lunch was awesome had plenty to choose from and was delicious with wine, beer, soft drink or tea and coffee offered so everyone was happy. Not very well organised. Lots of waiting around. Being a Friday, there was a lot more traffic for pickup and drop off. This could have been advised when we initially booked the tour as we may have opted for a Saturday departure to save time. Shops were not that great.

Had a great day. Besides the hostess, who was so friendly and obliging, there were only 5 other women in the mini bus and we all got along so well. We were taken to some fantastic outlets and had a lovely substantial lunch in a cafe surrounded by interesting shops.
