This is a great way to tour the greater Miami area by water. With wonderful views of the Miami skyline, South Beach, and famous architecture, it is a great way to enjoy Miami and share traveling experiences with fellow travelers. Plus, you can dine and visit the shops at Bayside Marketplace before or after the tour. I would definitely add this tour to the itinerary!

This was an interesting cruise. The tour guide was very informed and entertaining; however, the bartender was quite rude and scary looking. It would have been a 5-star experience without the bartender.

Very good tour with a perfect trained staff with a good sense of humor. The tour is fast enough and we can see the bay and the movie star houses. _br/_ The boat is just very very clean and you can order beer or soft drinks. Excellent, even if I keep another star for more fun or more things to see.

The crew tried to police customers standing and taking pictures at the top of the stairs. Overall this was a failure. The result was my obstructed view and inability to take pictures from my chair near the top of the stairs. Many times I was unable to get the attention of the crew to alert them of his problem and the violators ignored me as I brought the problem to their attention. EXTREMELY disappointing.

One incident makes me not want to go back: At the start of the tour the crew announced the location of the smoking section. So, once the tour was over and we were headed back to dock, my friend and I went to the designated area to have a smoke. As we stood there, a crewmember approached us and said that we would be docking soon and would need to put out our cigarettes and go inside. This was a small annoyance, since we were enjoying the view, but we obliged. We noticed that there was no ashtray for our cigarette butts, so we extinguished them and held the butts in our hand to properly dispose of them once we were off the boat. The crewmember informed us that this we not suffice and that we needed to throw the butts into the water. At this point we refused to litter (noting the irony of a tour that was supposed to show us the beautiful waterfront of Miami while demanding that we pollute it). Then , the crew member said the boat would not dock until we threw our butts into the water, so with no other option, we obliged. We just felt sick about this. There should be some kind of stand-alone ashtray on the smoking deck and at the very least, the crew should not force people to litter. The whole tour was nice until these last 15 minutes of the trip, which were so disconcerting that I will never take this tour again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Very pleasant tour, the mansions on Biscayne Bay were amazing even though I can't remember who lived in which one's (I should have taken notes)

This was a reasonably priced cruise and I booked the wrong date. I called and the agent was very helpful, told me they would contact the cruise company next day as there were closed. I was given the direct contact details for the company to contact them as well. However, to my great surprise they sorted out the date issue after speaking to me that same night. All I had to do was print the voucher. I think there were some discrepancies with the cruise company. Customers should be advised to take the voucher to their desk. It must be exchanged for a piece of paper (boarding pass) in order to get on the cruise. I waited in a long queue and was then told I had to get a boarding pass. The agent took so long assisting the other customers in front of me and I missed the cruise. Then despite the fact there was another cruise right after I was told I had to wait an hour and a half later for a cruise. I was not impressed and found that this was a total lack of customer service. Hence after my first experience with the Kennedy Space Centre service provider I was disappointed.

I had a fun time but I would not show p diddys house because it is blocked by trees. The house were really cool to look at overall. They should also include pop and water on the total cost.

This trip provides about the best photo opportunities around the bay, including downtown Miami, the islands, and Miami Beach. The cruise is frequent enough, every couple hours, that you can show up almost any time and not have to wait too long. If you do have to wait, there's plenty to do at the Bayside Marketplace from which the cruise departs. I went at midday, which provided excellent lighting for photography, though I can imagine around sunset would also make for a nice view. The crew was informative and entertaining, and since the trip only takes an hour and a half, it's ideal for visitors who don't have much time and want a nice overview of the area. Some of the bus tours seem to take all day, and I can't imagine you'd get views this good from street level. The only possible drawback was how many seats were on the upper deck - I was able to move around to find the best views since it wasn't very crowded, but had all those seats been filled, that wouldn't have been nearly as easy. It was a weekday during my spring break, which is apparently earlier than everyone else's.

I was not pleased with the fact that the crew asked for tips multiple times! Also, they should talk less about celebrities and more about local history.

The view of the city from the cruise was superb. However, we were almost turned down for 6 PM trip because 'there were not enough people'. We finally made it courtesy of another large group but this should have been mentioned before. Also these guys do not have a specific supplier which cost us 30 minutes looking for the cruise. They would sit you on any cruise within their allies and leaving at that time.
