Alot better experience than our pickup from the airport. Was'nt sure what to expect so ordered the previous day for a time that would allow for us to get a taxi if the shuttle didnt turn up. It arrived bang on time and driver was very well dressed,polite and courteous. A much nicer transfer.

We had to wait for about 2 hours for the shuttle bus. This was not what we were expecting, espacially after a long haul flight into Miami. The lady at the curbside desk who was coordinating the transfers was most unhelpful and clearly not coping with the pressure of many other people waiting for their transfers.

We arrived in Miami on a late flight (around 11:30 PM by the time we received our luggage). It was very easy to find the Supershuttle counter. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we got into one of the vans; and, we were the 4th or 5th to get dropped off; so, we arrived at our downtown hotel close to 1 AM. We expected a quicker transition. We paid $24 inclusing taxes; and, that was cheaper then a taxi; but, if you are coming in on early or late flight, it may be worth it for you to consider a taxi (unless time does not matter) or if you have a larger group (taxi rates include up to 5 people on a flat rate to downtown).

I was extremely upset that I had to wait thirty minutes for transportation to my hotel upon my arrival to Miami. The attendent was rude! However, the driver of the fan was extremely helpful and curteous. I was truely upset that I prepaid for transportation for a five minute ride from the airport to my hotel.

I arrived like 100am at MIA. Once you exit the ground parking, just look for Super Shuttle agents in yellow/blue. I didn't have to wait too long for the vehicle

My Trip was awesome unfortunatly the transportation wasn't. I had to wait close to 45 minutes to have a shuttle that is going to the location I was heading to. I took a taxi on the way back (Which was cheaper than the shuttle price?!!?) WIll probably never use this transport method again...

My shuttle with you from Miami International was great. Nice driver and we arrived in a timely fashion. I would never recommend your shuttle service FROM Miami Port to the airport especially if you are arriving via a cruise ship. As I did not confirm 24 hrs. prior to pick-up, there was no place for us and we were forced to take a taxi. I had asked the people as well as our driver upon arrival if this was necessary as I would be at sea and telephone calls are expensive, They said this wasn't a problem but I would have to wait one hour. End result = miscommunication on your part, stress and frustration on my part. When you travel, you need to be assured that the services and goods you paid for are provided on time. I will say however, that you did refund my money. Thanks a lot!!!!!

The only reason I rated it a four was because the employees at the airport were professional and very nice. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a ride to South Beach Miami. I could have taken a cab for a quicker ride.

Took a while to find the contact point outside the terminal. Once we found them, it took a while 15 minutes or so for the van to arrive and collect us. To be fair, it was 11pm, so maybe not as many trucks on the road. Driver was friendly and helpful and our group arrived at our location in good time. Thanks!
